Dd10 has (not diagnosed with anything) some sensory issues, mainly touch. She loves things that are soft and comfy. All she has asked for for Christmas is books and 'comfy stuff'!
I've got her some other things I think she will like too, but regarding comfort, I have bought a soft blanket, a velour tracksuit, some soft pj's (she already has a lovely dressing gown, some slippers, a cushion for her bed. (she already has 2 normal pillows and 5 square cushions ha ha)

Any other ideas?? I feel like there must be some things I'm missing that area really obvious.

Fake fur hot water bottle cover?

Bogoffrain · 10/12/2019 21:14

I have some fleecy bedding, to me it’s the epitome of comfy

GreenTulips · 10/12/2019 21:14

Snuggly coat scarf gloves hat
Fluffy socks

BestZebbie · 10/12/2019 21:15

Hot water bottle? Maybe an extra-long one. Beanbag? Big pants! 😁 Fluffy slipper socks. Woolly hat. Yoga trousers for in the house. Soft satin or merino vest to go under other clothes.

TheWoollybacksWife · 10/12/2019 21:15

A hot water bottle or microwave wheat bag in a fluffy cover

Akire · 10/12/2019 21:15

Cuddly toy? Bubble bath? Hot beanie type thing. Bean bag?

SandlakeRd · 10/12/2019 21:15

A teddy bear fabric duvet cover set. Very cozy and snuggly

paddypants · 10/12/2019 21:16

Those lavender teddies that heat up in the microwave?

Bloodybridget · 10/12/2019 21:16

Would she wear a onesie around the house (could you stand it if she did!)? John Lewis have some very comfy looking ones.

NameOfYourSexTape · 10/12/2019 21:16

Oh some great suggestions thanks, will look at big fur hot water bottles. Yes scarf will go down well I think.
When you say fleece bedding do you mean the actual bedding like duvet cover etc? She would love that. :)

Nothing really to suggest, maybe some teddybear bedding (fleecy bedding). But bumping for you.

AmethystMoonShine · 10/12/2019 21:17

Some fluffy socks, Seasalt Cabin socks are great. Thick and lined with furry fleece. Heaven!

Soft big long scarf?

Cashmere wrist warmers from Turtle Doves?

AlunWynsKnee · 10/12/2019 21:17

Dd has ASD & SPD and we found a lovely furry hot water bottle in Primark that was acceptable to her.

NameOfYourSexTape · 10/12/2019 21:18

Yes she lives in her pj's and onesies at home, I'll add onesie onto the list.

One of my best presents was a snuggly hot water bottle with matching slipper socks! I love anything snuggly.

AmethystMoonShine · 10/12/2019 21:18

Brushed cotton sheets?

One of those body pillows? Very comfy!Grin

Bogoffrain · 10/12/2019 21:18

Yes the teddy bear bedding. Next do a fab range

NameOfYourSexTape · 10/12/2019 21:19

She's a bit funny about cuddly toys, she likes them but doesn't like them 'looking' at her at night haha, hence all the cushions, she can cuddle things but there's no eyes 😂

Ooh I've just looked at the Teddy bear fabric bedding she will love it! Definitely going on the list, and body pillow yes!

Dd has a tablet rest/stand that’s like a furry bean bag.

LoudBatPerson · 10/12/2019 21:21

This might sound a bit strange but how about one of those really long pillows you get in the maternity section?

I know you said she has a lot of pillows, but I have found those almost body length pillows to be a god send when trying to get comfy and cozy. Super soft and stop me getting pain by my knees putting pressure on my other legs. (I have really bad water retention in my legs at the moment so even gentle pressure is very uncomfortable).

Isitme13 · 10/12/2019 21:23

I saw cosy leggings in Primark the other week - leggings lined with fleece/fur type material.

There’s been an oversized hoodie/blanket thing mentioned on a few of the Christmas threads, will see if I can find a link

like this but I’m sure you could find it cheaper.

If a onsie is a possibility then the All In One Company make fab ones (pricey, but good quality) and you can personalise/choose fabrics/add extra pockets etc

NameOfYourSexTape · 10/12/2019 21:26

@loudbatperson yep I think one of those body pillow s would go down really well. The leggings sounds great but she doesn't really like anything tight. Even though I know leggings are not, she likes Baggier things like joggers or harem pants
