So. The first of three Christmas Trees is up. Slightly earlier than we usually do but DH is away for most of December and I won’t have the time otherwise. Here is my thread baby from last year, now walking, and she is a bugger! (Hence the second pic). This year we have the smaller tree in the living room, the biggest tree is going in the dining room. First themed tree I’ve done as such and it’s all vintage baubles and toys.

@Stolenidentity what size Småfolk stuff have you got? I’ve got 11-12 and honestly I don’t even know what some of it is supposed to be. I assume it’s thermal long johns and matching top, because I can’t think what else a slightly see through white background could be good for. And tbh the prints are way too young. I’m really disappointed with it.

I'm 99% finished with Christmas shopping [santa] just now holding off til black friday for the children's main presents. Hoping somewhere will have good deals on ipad for eldest and switch for youngest.

And then to start the epic wrapping marathon, which is much less fun than all the buying.

@neddle - No, I don’t have the picture of the Tshirt. I was just passing through the lounge when DD observed she loved Erica’s top. Didn’t really pay much attention at the time, but remember it was black with various graphic logos, assembled like a collage, as far as I can recall. But she also mentioned on other occasion Back to the Future themed t shirt and I reckon, that will be easier to track.

For those looking at cloud nine straighteners, I've had GHDs for as long as I can remember, 20 odd years? Then when my last pair broke, my hairdresser sold me some cloud nines about 18mths ago. They're no good in comparison. I'm waiting for them to break to replace with GHDs again. It's all personal preference, but they weren't much cheaper, and they just aren't as good which when you use them every day, is irritating.
