The highly anticipated day we’ve all been waiting for has arrived; yay!

I’ve only just woken up, no one can be impatient with me though as I’m growing a human

Need to feed mav, and none of us function without breakfast and coffee so that’s first on the agenda! We do Christmas very leisurely and at a slow place so we will be spending most of the day opening presents in between cooking and playing games etc! I love how it lasts the whole day instead of being over with in 30 mins

YAY!! Am so happy , DH woke me at half 2 with an atrial fibrillation attack. Honestly l could not make it up !! Anyway he took his Flecitide and came back to bed , we put the telly on low , Frost was on Itv 3 he loves David Jason and just tried to keep calm and rest until it worked. I listened to him breathe off and on between sleep and knew it had gone because his sleep pattern was normal . Honestly it's the best Christmas present ever!! 😄😍🤩❤️

We're still in bed. We agreed no presents (although I bought the whiskey) but DH obviously knows me well. He bought me a Harry Potter mug and a giant box of chocolate fingers as well as a fountain pen because I mentioned ages ago I'd like one.
I'm so pleased, I actually managed to pull off a surprise that he's chuffed with - his grin was like a Cheshire Cat when he opened the whiskey 👍🏻

They don’t give you anywhere near enough letters for these bloody light boxes, so we had to use ones off the other lightbox that don’t fit properly! Aye first world problems I know 😂

Currently cooking dinner with paddy, there’s 28 adults plus all my nephews 😂 if I fuck it up everyone’s too slaughtered to notice 😂
I opened one present before we starting prepping and cooking, it was this beautiful Irish Claddagh ring from paddy 😍 my man did good and I’ve not opened anything else yet 😂

My bro is so happy with his PS4 he squealed like a wee girl, so funny 😂

Dinner will be ready at 4 then everyone will be leaving about 6 because they have to get home and my nephews need sleep haha. Paddy and I will open our presents when they’ve all gone! My bro’s are on washing up duty mwahaha

Dinner is served! I don’t know how in gods name we’ve managed to pull it off, but everything is cooked to perfection, there’s more than enough to go round and best of all there was no stress when paddy and I were cooking it. It’s a Christmas miracle!! Can’t wait for the leftovers tomorrow

Well, today was lovely. The kids' behaviour improved dramatically from the last few weeks, although they both slept like shit last night (restless and awake on and off; I ended up on with DS at about 4.15 as he was too excited to sleep and I knew he'd go off if I cuddled him as he loves it when I'm in with him - he'd sleep with me full time if I let him!).

We have buffet on CD and we were all stuffed on various meats and cheeses! It was really good.

We had mini cheesecakes and mince pies later on.

The kids have played with almost everything (mostly the toys of the other child! ) and had a lovely day.

We've all worn matching Hey Duggee pyjamas all day which they thought was brilliant! We're winding down now, thank god. I need a good sleep myself tonight!

The kids had a blast today. Between Santa and my mom the youngest kid now has an entirely Harry Potter bed set haha!

Lilah is 5 months old today! I need to figure out how to take a fun 5 month photo of her.

Anyone have plans for New Years? My kid's birthdays are what we need to prep now. Eldest turns 15 on the 6th of January and the youngest turns 13 on the 15th of January
