Evening all! I'm not sure if this will be the last or the penultimate thread, but here goes!

Nero, O2 appears to be working now (conveniently now I'm home and don't need mobile data!).

Wheelie I love your 12 days of Xmas posts Grin
I couldn’t believe it when I saw the wee handsome ginger boy, he came running down the road when he saw me Grin
My gorgeous tabby boy Logan is sat on the wall outside, he was a rescue so he’s very wary of people and he won’t stay in long as maverick annoys him!
Ah that’s nice of your mum :)

Thank you, I got so excited seeing the born in 2019 stuff being released haha. Sciatica is the worst it’s ever been today, I can barely move Sad when I last saw the midwife she said I was carrying Addie quite low!
That sounds like a good plan with your youngest, hopefully she’s okay!

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 15:53

Paddy said our local shop was filling the shelves with Easter eggs, Jesus wept its a bit early for that 😂

WheelchairWoes · 29/12/2018 16:02

acey I'm glad you like my 12 days of Christmas posts! I have graphics for all the days!

I'm glad Logan and this other kitty seem to be enjoying your garden today! I hear you on very timid kitties. My fluffy girl Kyrie is very hesitant about us half the time. She's a rehabbed feral cat.

EASTER EGGS? It's blood well DECEMBER still! Also do you guys not do Valentine's Day like we do? They are skipping right over that lol

Last night in my sleep one of my hellion cats clawed up my first. I have my suspicions it was the cranky ginger. Sometimes he sleeps on our bed and gets grumpy when we move too much lol

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 16:08

Wheelie - I love them and the graphics, always puts a smile on my face! Grin

Logan is brilliant, he loves me and paddy, but whenever someone random tries to stroke him he double claws them like POW take that! Ginger cat is still sat outside bless him! Ah bless her, it’s nice to find someone who has crazy cats like I do!
Aye I know right!! Paddy told me and I was like sorry what?! Frikkin Easter eggs in December, whatever next! Haha we do Valentine’s Day over here, although it’s not really a huge deal like Christmas! I’ll be 34 weeks and 2 days pregnant on Valentine’s Day, so I don’t think paddy and I will be doing much 😂
Ooo your naughty ginger cat! Mav is currently jumping in and out of an amazon box and purring 😂

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 16:10

Ooo he’s worn himself out now, so cuddles with mama and Addie it is Grin

I saw Creme Eggs in Sainsbury's yesterday!

Wheelie, we have 3 long lengths of line. I prefer them to a rotary airer as I don't think the air can get through one of those as well, unless you leave about 2-3 rows between them which kind of defeats the object!

I've walked to town and back again today. Before Thurs I had 5 days with 0 minutes' activity, the last 3 it's been 10k, almost-13k and 15k steps. I'm tired now though. Tomorrow there won't be much walking, but I will be digging, which is a good calorie burner / toner!

Crazy, I'm sorry about your news. New year new start maybe though? Do you roughly know how much weight you'll need to lose to get down to the required BMI? Have you heard of the Blood Sugar Diet by Michael Mosley? It's a VLC diet lasting (I think) 8 weeks and people have amazing weight loss from doing it. Maybe going short and hard would be something you could do if it gets you to where you need to be sooner rather than later? Means to an end and all that?

Awwww Mav such a silly boy

acey Yeah Valentine's is definitely not as huge as Christmas but you think stores would be all for putting out the stuff to wrack up sells. Who's going to buy Easter stuff in December lol Not me! Got some other holidays to get through first!

Did you leave some food out for the ginger? Maybe it's like 'Hey hey You are feeding Logan so where's my dinner?'

NoWordForFluffy · 29/12/2018 16:19

Valentines' Day will also be a big event, just for a shorter period! Easter is so late next year it feels really odd to be putting eggs out already!

PhilomenaNewYearButterfly · 29/12/2018 16:47

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 17:05

Mrs - I didn’t even know there was a lush in any of those places haha! Unfortunately they are all far from here, the nearest is over 2 hours Sad
Not to worry, Gpops to the rescue when he goes back to the Uk Grin

Wheelie - that’s very true! I know the supermarket stores will have Valentine’s Day stuff out soon, this is just a wee local independent shop though :)
I used to feed ginger, but he has a tag on his collar that says please do not feed me so I won’t feed him as he may have dietry issues or something!

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 17:06

Paddy’s cooking ribs for dinner, oooo I’m excited! Grin
I’m still on the sofa, stupid stupid sciatica Sad

PhilomenaNewYearButterfly · 29/12/2018 17:15

Went to the Sainsbury's café for breakfast, the DC had bitesize breakfasts, I had a ham and tomato omelette, the DC had Pukka pies for lunch. 😋🍳😋

Mrsmadevans · 29/12/2018 17:17

Fluffy been blowing a gale here too , the parents washing is dry 2 loads full. Put it in on the airer in the box room now to thoroughly air them before they wear them again Smile we don't seem to need to iron much these days not like years ago , l can remember washing and drying and ironing 35 shirts regularly when l was a teen. There was my Dad and my Brothers shirts and my own for school. l can remember it like yesterday Smile, l am really glad we don't need to iron like that now lol Xmas Grin
Acey you have beautiful cats , even your Da's stray ginner one is gorgeous. Lovely things for Addie Xmas Smile

Acey have bought 2 packs of Flamingo and llamas cards for next year already FAAlaa llamas lol [fgrin!

Seafoodeatit · 29/12/2018 17:17

crazy I'm really sorry to hear that , we went through 4 years of going to the fertility clinic to conceive dc2 and I had to lose weight to be given clomid and then some more to do ovarian drilling, I fell pregnant the month I was due to start injections (IVF wasn't an option for us on the NHS due to having DC1 so were going to have 2 cycles of injections instead and self fund afterwards). I hope your recovery from your day surgery goes well. Take care of yourself and try not to let it bring you down Flowers

PhilomenaNewYearButterfly · 29/12/2018 17:22

Wheelie DS2 would like to buy you an AJ toy from McDonald's and send it to you, if you don't mind PMing your address? Xmas Grin

Mrsmadevans · 29/12/2018 17:24

PSB they had a Pukka pie reduced in Tesco when l popped in to get DH some Malteasers lol , l saw it and thought of you ! I didn't buy it l have so much stuff left to eat get rid of Xmas Grin
Acey they do mail order too on Lush m'dear !
uk.lush.com/products/bath-bombs?solrsort=is_commerce_price%20asc#showall
Honestly you would think l was a saleswoman for them mwahahahaha Xmas Grin

WheelchairWoes · 29/12/2018 17:26

Acey AWWWW he might just be a little beggar and they don't want ginger to get fat hahahaha. I'm rolling at that.

AAwwwwww PSB your DD is so so sweet! I will send you my address asap. I would LOVE an AJ toy from McDonald's! Our Mcd's still only has spiderman lol we went to check yesterday

Mrs I only iron special stuff or stuff that just won't lay straight. I'm not much of an iron person. I think some of it is the kind of cloth clothes are made of isn't as prone to wrinkling.

Now the garb we do for the SCA and Reenacting? It wrinkles like crazy.

fluffy Yes! Easter isn't until late April! Seems a bit mad to put out the Easter stuff now.

My next thing is the kid's birthdays. Valentine's day and then St Patrick's Day.

Seafoodeatit · 29/12/2018 17:45

Acey I wish we lived closer, we did commiserate over our issues. I'm really sorry to hear your sciatica is bad, I really hope it eases up soon and not just after you give birth. I'm having horrendous ligament pain and Braxton Hicks at night, I was up more than I was asleep last night!

AceyMac13 · 29/12/2018 17:45

Mrs - thank you my dear Grin the ginger one is a wee scruffy bugger but we love him Grin
Your dad is a stubborn wee soul, reminds me a lot of my dad haha he was the same! It took me over 6 months to get him to use a walking stick!
I’m jealous of your flamingo and fa la la la llama cards Grin the aldi here doesn’t have them Shock

Wheelie - he doesn’t seem to put on weight he always looks so thin! He looks like a stray his fur is horrible and scruffy, poor wee ginger boy!

I’m not really bothered about Valentine’s Day or Easter, st Patrick’s day though oh yes, it’s my favourite day alongside Christmas ☘️
I can’t shake the feeling Addie will be born on st Patrick’s day haha, we shall see though! Wee Irish princess will arrive when she’s good and ready Grin

Seafoodeatit · 29/12/2018 17:46

Could not did!

Mrsmadevans · 29/12/2018 17:47

PSB your DC are just beautiful little souls , such a sweetheart to want to do that for Wheelies DC Smile
Seafood l had to lose the weight like l said and they gave me Bromocriptine for my prolactin levels , they were very raised due to stress because l couldn't get pregnant , honestly what a circle to be trapped in Xmas Hmm just my luck! I had Clomid too to try and get my cycle regular , my cycles were so irregular it was almost impossible to see when l was fertile . Then there is the terrible disappointment every month, it's so heartbreaking and feels like time is running out . I used to think.... l only have 12 fertile periods a year IF l ovulate properly , l am 32 now, then l would work out the chances l had of getting pregnant. I can remember this as if it was yesterday , such an awful longing to have a child, it completely envelopes you .
Crazy, l think it is only natural to want a child my dear , it is our instinct, what Mother Nature intends . l never lost the wanting another child until l went through the menopause , after that the feelings really diminish greatly thankfully Smile , l know we are all here for you my dear , bless you sweetie , look at how many baby clothes you can make for him or her , twill be the best dressed Baby in Wales!
I have gone on, forgive me just remembering the very sad desperate days and so hoping you don't feel like that but knowing deep down that you probably do Sad Flowers
Hope all ok , watching Heros of Telemark with DH it is awful! I used to like films like these but they seem so chauvinistic to me now . You know, the hero has affairs with his female students and his fiance has to forgive him because he is a hero and handsome and the women throw themselves at him ...poor thing. Bugger that for a game of soldiers...... l realise l am getting a bit involved Xmas Grin
hee hee time for a cuppa!
Acey could do with that bean to a cup here m;dear ! lol Xmas Grin
