Evening all! I'm not sure if this will be the last or the penultimate thread, but here goes!

Nero, O2 appears to be working now (conveniently now I'm home and don't need mobile data!).

Acey Omg! That little fox outfit is my favorite I think! I adore foxes. I love all her outfits.

Mav is going to have a great Christmas. I'm not sure what to get all my beasties yet. I was considering some little swimming fishy toys that go in the bath for Balthazar and Azrael. They love water and I think they'd have fun chasing the fishies.

As soon as my Calypso unicorn is here I'll share photos. I'm very excited to get her. I bawled like a baby when they said she was a gift. I cannot wait to get her. I hope I get her before Monday then I'll take her with me to my iron infusion lol

I've heard of the candle in the window on Christmas Eve. I'm honored you'll do it and think of Calypso this year with your dad. I think I'll start it this year and I'll remember your dad too. I'm sorry again that he's gone but maybe he can keep Calypso some company in the here after.

Got my fireplace going today. It's warmer on the outside 48 F (9) but there's no sun. It's overcast so that makes my house stay cooler than sunny days. So we've got the fire and I've got a fluffy robe. I refuse to get dressed. Yes I'm doing housework off and on but beyond that I'm having a lazy crafting day lol

Wheelie A I love foxes too, and I was thrilled to finally find some girly clothes with foxes on! Most of them are boyish and horrible! You have similar taste to me, I like it

I hope he does, I know he’s just a kitten but he’s my wee baby swimming fishies you say? Mav loves water too, so that’s another idea for him I got him some fish shaped toys that are filled with catnip

That’s so sweet that they gave her as a gift, there are some lovely people in this world!

I love the wee candle tradition, and I’m honoured that you’ll be starting it this year. That would be nice for him to keep Calypso company, and he’s reunited with my mum which is very comforting too

Haha, I don’t blame you having a lazy crafting day, you deserve to chill out! It’s our last day at work tomorrow, I don’t think we will be getting dressed often for the next couple of weeks haha. I can’t wait to relax and spend quality time with paddy and my grandad, and of course mavvy and Addie 😁

My back has already locked up again, grrr! Addie is worth it though and it’s only 14 weeks 5 days until my due date 😁

Poor paddy, he just got comfy and I’ve sent him out for cheesecake because the craving is intense 😂

acey I love love love foxes so much. Also whales. LOL when my girls were tots Little Suzy's Zoo was very popular and they had some outfits with Witzy the duck. Actually my youngest who's almost 13 still has her Witzy the Duck blankets and still sleeps with them lol

😂 he usually works full time, but he agreed with work that when I went back after my dad died he would do short hours until January, then we are both back to full time, although mine only lasts until my maternity leave starts

Picked DS2 up, had chicken dopiaza for supper, DS2 fell asleep in our bed at 6, DD was in bed by 7.45, laid out Christmas jumpers and home clothes for tomorrow. 😋🍛😴🎄🎅

Took the parents to the Drs. Dad's kidney function is the same, no difference from 5th November, so that is good in one way and bad in another Dr is liasing with his hamatologist because despite an Iron infusion on Nov 5th his HB has gone down to 9.1 . It was 9.3 last test, prior to his iron infusion. He has also been very depressed and feeling nausea and bloated a lot. He is exhausted poor thing. My heart goes out to him. They (Mum, Sis, Bil, even my DH haven't been very patient with him because they think he is putting it on as if, they are complete idiots). I have read the the riot act to the lot of them .l can tell you, even to my horrible DSis! They can all do one!
Mum however was fine , her frusemide is working well and her own kidney function is fine. She has put on weight because her thyroid meds are not enough to keep her levels normal. Dr has upped her dose of levothyroxine and will check her in 2 months. She has given her Flucloxacillon for her legs again for us to give her if it flares up over Christmas, so we are covered for her.
Great news from the Social Worker, they have agreed to 2.5 hours a day of care each for them so we can pay someone to help me. I am ecstatic about it. Thank you all so much for the encouragement and support from everyone❤️.

Wheelie - yep one more day at work then it’s just over 2 weeks off, and I have a midwife appointment the day we go back, so won’t be a full day!
I will have paddy all the time soon as he moves in properly in January! I can’t remember the last time he went home so it’s not like much will change I don’t think I could sleep without him here now. I’m such a wimp and Panic about the slightest noises!

Psb How can we bribe you for food photos girl? I'm 100% serious. I'll send you something lol Glad the kids went to bed at a good time. I've been playing a little bit of Animal Jam on the phone daily. It's not bad but I definitely prefer the computer version. I bought a really cool winter den lol

fluffy You should always glitter the husband! Your DD is so sweet. I'm hunting through photos to share my youngests eyelashes now. Oh! I found one with her cuddling all her babies last year lol. People always comment about her eyelashes at the store she always looks at me and goes 'Mom....that was weird' and I'm like....'You'll get it when you are older. Women would kill for those eyelashes'

Mrs I'm sorry to hear your dad is still having iron issues despite an infusion. That's my big fear. I know women on my Crohn's board who have infusions weekly for years and I'm terrified that will become me. I am glad his kidneys haven't gotten worse at least!

I'm glad your mom is well but kind of ticked at your family for thinking your dad is putting it on! Especially since it's not like he can make his test results read poorly!

I'm so glad they will be getting some care! That's fabulous news! My carer will be here tomorrow and I'm glad of it I need some help around this house lol

My kid is watching a remodel show and I'm absolutely gutted that they keep finding these beautifully kept vintage homes and destroying them and making them so ugly! Like I keep having to turn the channel and my kid is all 'why do you keep doing that?' and I'm like THESE people have NO taste! haha

My friend bought me a giant stuffed flamingo today. She messaged me and asked 'Do you need this?' and I thought of acey and Addie and said yes. I have no idea where I'm going to put it! lol
