IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 08/10/2017 19:37

Was in Morrisons today and they have some lovely male grooming sets (shaving cream and brush, beard comb and oil etc) on 2 for £5

Bornfreebutinbiscuits · 08/10/2017 19:44

Fingerlings, late to the party, is 12.99 each good deal?

CarrotVan · 08/10/2017 19:55

@Jupitertomars - VTech toot toot is the work of Satan. Such irritating songs!

Changingagain · 08/10/2017 19:58

Jupitertomars Ds had the playmobil 123 one last year when he was one and while some days were pretty boring, he still enjoyed opening it and the set as a whole has been played with a lot through the year but its normally a farmer in the sleigh and santa riding a motorbike. My mum got him the toot toot one back in January for this year and I think the happyland one looks great too but expensive.

Girls Talk to the school to see if they are a part of the MS educational set up that allows you to download MS Office onto a home computer for free...

Many schools are signed up with the scheme - have a look at the link below for more details and to see if you are eligible or if you can persuade your school to sign up!

CoffeeAnd I love those Indie Prints.

Llamacorn · 08/10/2017 20:06

Has anyone seen a dc superhero girls chocolate advent calendar in any stores?
Dd3 would be over the moon with one, they have some on eBay cheapish so I wondered if they were in any uk stores or if they came from the states. Thanks!

throatmanship · 08/10/2017 20:09

hedgehoggy hollister have a sale on at the moment, 3 pairs of hollister boxers are £15. If you joing the Cali club you'll get a code for £10 off a £40 spend. Worth I think if you see something else in the sale too

gaggiagirl · 08/10/2017 20:13

llamacorn b&m have them for £1. DD is getting one.

Llamacorn · 08/10/2017 20:14

Oh brilliant @gaggiagirl I'll pop in and get one - thanks so much!!

girlsyearapart · 08/10/2017 20:23

imsorryiasked · 08/10/2017 20:23

@margaritasbythesea Hema have some great marzipan bits here

imsorryiasked · 08/10/2017 20:25

@jennywallpaper No, sorry Ollie & Nic just says "limited time only" - you could email them?

TalkingOrmer · 08/10/2017 20:38

Jupiter when DD was 1, I made a lovely Santa picture which had numbers 1-24 in the shape of his beard and every day she stuck a cotton wool ball on (with pritt stick) - that was her advent calendar that year and she loved it.

chocolatepudandchocolatesauce · 08/10/2017 20:38

bornfree fingerlings are £15 full price for the original ones and £17 for the new glittery ones. I got one for £9.50 from ebay from China. Will report back about it's quality in November when it arrives.

primitivemom · 08/10/2017 20:47

SharonStrzelecki · 08/10/2017 20:53

Agnes, thanks for sharing the nasa posters, they’re great! Going to put one or two up in our house, forget giving them away!

margaritasbythesea · 08/10/2017 20:56

Imsorryiasked thanks!

Pumpkintopf · 08/10/2017 21:00

Mypatronus mine came within three days

Pumpkintopf · 08/10/2017 21:03

Girlsyearsapart are your dc school age, a lot of schools give away a Microsoft subscription that you can just input the code for. Alternatively you can set up office365 which gives access to all the programmes incl word.

Wiifitmama · 08/10/2017 21:20

Thank you to whoever mentioned Hema. I just fell down that rabbit hole for an hour or so. It offered me a new customer thing when I clicked into the site that was £5 off a £20 spend and delivery was free over £20. Perfect for stocking fillers and also craft stuff. Thanks!

Jennywallpaper · 08/10/2017 21:23

@imsorryiasked it's ok the one I've picked isn't on sale anyway, but they give 10% off your first offer so I'm happy with that. Thanks

peachy94 · 08/10/2017 21:25

JUPITERTOMARS I'm considering the happyland one for DD she's too young for it really but more for the sake of DS. Playmobil do a 123 version too. Wish Lego did a duplo one
