Thank you all! It's highly annoying and a I've been in a shit mood all day over it but considering what happened in Vegas this week, it's not worth getting upset about x

cookiefiend · 05/10/2017 20:20

This nice looking science set is £15 if you buy from Amazon (listed under other sellers). Aimed at ages 8+ that's the best price according to ccc. Averages at £34. Hoping it will be a decent size box for DNeice.

I think this will work for non-members...

Natural History Museum shop has 20% with code MEMOCTOBER. Postage is expensive (£3.90) but if you have a dinosaur lover you'll be spoiled for choice. Doesn't apply to prints or personalised gifts.

Jupitertomars · 05/10/2017 20:34

Free Carmex Lip Kit when you buy 3 selected skincare products at Superdrug bit.ly/2y47KJW

It's possible to get three face masks and the free gift for £1.98 delivered, if you're a Superdrug Health and Beauty Card holder (free to join). Might be handy for stockings or pamper hampers.

Thanks Lost I'll email in the morning as my wifi is rubbish here at home. damn virgin media

Picked up the half price Nails Inc unicorn face masks/nail varnish/lip glosses half price set (£20 rather than £40) today for SIL from Boots. Great set, think she'll like it and worth the money. Wasn't sure about one nail polish when I saw it online, but it's more pink glitter than brown so all good :)

Reastie · 05/10/2017 20:48

Lego this is not your week is it! So you essentially have no money in your account for up to two weeks? How will you get food etc? I'm really hoping you have more than one account!

Toblerone how are things there with you?

In the past three days I've wrapped over 30 presents, I'm doing well :)

Re: wrapping - Santa presents aren't wrapped in our house and we don't do parent to child presents (they get enough from grandparents and uncles!). Less wrapping hell for me - harder to hide mind you!

Wiifitmama · 05/10/2017 21:06

Thanks for the link to the science set! Just what I needed for my nephew and a great price. It is not in stock at that price but allowed me to order and as it is from amazon directly, I presume they will honour the price when it is back in stock. I don't need it until Christmas so no hurry!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 05/10/2017 21:09

It's not Reastie not had such a crappy Christmas thread since I threw all my gifts away in bin bags Grin

All bills are paid and probably have enough shopping to last but if not can borrow a little money from my parents...probably not for Xmas bargains mind you Grin

gingerbreadmam · 05/10/2017 21:11
