Nope, I have no idea what a present shitting log is either.

See post 2 for links etc and note the addition of a link with more info to the mn Christmas appeal, a very good cause if you're looking to donate to charity this Christmas time.

Luckiest I received my boden skirt in mid November.

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 14/12/2016 20:25

Bealola thanks for the suggestion of the skin care candle from neom - that looks amazing. A bit more than I wanted to spend as an "extra" gift but definitely making a note of that for the future or to suggest DH buys for me

Also thanks to whoever it was that mentioned the teapigs code - £15 off £25 is a brilliant deal. I've ordered one of the teapot flasks and the 24 sample box all for £20 delivered instead of £35 Smile

luckiestgirl · 14/12/2016 20:38

Re Boden skirts, I just phoned them and it should be coming in January. You two buggers ^^ just got lucky!

GodReastieMerryGentlemen · 14/12/2016 20:41

Luckiest I was sure I'd read someone on here had issues too. Something I will definitely try the new ones before I exchange. Just hope it's not too busy and they have some in stock to exchange with.

Tea bags will legally require a best before date. They usually have 18 months from manufacture so next xmas would be a risk.

LikeSilver · 14/12/2016 20:56

Gerrard I can refer you to Bloom and Wild for £10 off, I mentioned it at the end of the last thread. You may have ordered by now though Confused

margaritasbythesea · 14/12/2016 20:56

Gerard - there is a mumsnet code for bloom and wild on the offers page MUMSNET20 for 20% off.

margaritasbythesea · 14/12/2016 20:57

Like silver I would like to be referred please

youokayhun · 14/12/2016 20:57

Beady what about an fm transmitter or something so BIL could play music from phone through van radio? or a "stuck in traffic" survival kit?

Nearlyadoctor · 14/12/2016 20:58

Boden skirt came over a month ago - as did most according to s&b thread. Black were dispatched first and the striped ones about a fortnight later.

youokayhun · 14/12/2016 20:59

Can anyone suggest any daddy type gifts I can buy or make with DP's 4 year old girl? First Christmas apart from her and he's gutted so something thoughtful would mean a lot but I'm a bit stumped!

GerrardWinstanley · 14/12/2016 21:00

Bigger! Already ordered. Sometimes I'm just too efficient for my own good Xmas Sad

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 14/12/2016 21:04

Youokay not a main gift idea but I made salt dough tree decorations with ds today and they were so easy. I imagine your dp would love to have something from her to hang on the tree.

Giselaw · 14/12/2016 21:13

Youokay - vista print do tshirts for about £5 with current code. Get your child to draw daddy with a black sharpie, take a picture of it on your phone, Increase contrast with filters on one of those photo editing apps so its sharp b/w and upload it.

Daddy gets custom shirt drawn by daughter.

They also do nice desk calendars so you can select a picture of the two of them at an outing for each month, to remind him of all the times he has been there Smile

Mipe · 14/12/2016 21:18

Luckiest I haven't had my skirt yet either! Smile

RJnomore1 · 14/12/2016 21:24

Is OhHolyFuck around?

I've finished the Oddish for her little boy and I can post a photo if she would like?

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 14/12/2016 21:32

Likesilver can you refer me to Bloom & Wild for £10 off too please?

PersisFord · 14/12/2016 21:47

I've just done my Xmas Ocado order and there are loads of ads flashing up for codes:

20% off monsoon OCADOXMAS
Mrs Wordsmith £30 off with code OCADO
topman 10% off with OCADO10

PersisFord · 14/12/2016 21:49

I bought my difficult brother an umbrella from Ted baker - I decided that you can't ever have too many umbrellas.

margaritasbythesea · 14/12/2016 22:04

Thanks for the Keel Farm hamper link. Got one for my brother.

I am totally dithering over 50ish female family member. I was going to send flowers but not sure. Does anyone know a site that does nice bath stuff and nice gift wrapping? I want to spend about £20. She is glamorous and particular!

margaritasbythesea · 14/12/2016 22:05

A good umbrella is a pleasure. Was it a bargain Persis?

Sendcoffeeandchocs · 14/12/2016 22:06

Margarita - occitane! Their gift boxes are beautiful and their stuff is lovely. Not cheap though Confused

margaritasbythesea · 14/12/2016 22:10

Thanks send coffee. I should have said I would prefer not occur and as have done it before. I have it in reserve in case.

Polkadot1974 · 14/12/2016 22:26

Likesilver could I also get referred? Thank you!

whyistherumgone · 14/12/2016 22:27

Haven't got time
