A fucking horse.

Is it some kind of Christmas madness?? Does anyone else get gripped by it?

I am usually pretty tight and determined to not have spoilt children. I don't know where this has come from.

Anyone else?

You've bought your kids a horse?

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:16

Yes.

Well, a pony. A little one. Less than an xBox anyway.

KoalaDownUnder · 20/11/2016 12:18

Wut? A real live one??

Garthmarenghi · 20/11/2016 12:20

Buying a pony is the cheap part. Keeping it is the expensive bit.

Soubriquet · 20/11/2016 12:20

Wow....every kids dream Christmas present

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:21

Yes it's real. Picked her up yesterday.

Picture or it didn't happen Grin

HerRoyalFattyness · 20/11/2016 12:22

I want a pony! Will you adopt me?

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:22

I sound mad now - I already have a horse and live on a farm so not as bonkers as it sounds. I feel shit though as I think it's too much. I was just imagining their little faces.

Before having children I really didn't get how people could spoil them but here I am....

OP posts:
WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:23

Yes Her, no probs Grin

Soubriquet · 20/11/2016 12:23

Well if anyone says

"That sounds a bit much for your 2 year old" we can say "but WellErr bought their children a pony so nerrrr"

RJnomore1 · 20/11/2016 12:24

How on earth are you going to wrap it, smuggle it under the tree and get it to keep quiet til morning?

😮

😁

HerRoyalFattyness · 20/11/2016 12:25

Yay! New mummy for me!

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:26

I was thinking tinsel round the neck? I could probably get her into the kitchen. Wouldn't want it shitting in the sitting room

OP posts:
Soubriquet · 20/11/2016 12:27

What about a big bow tied on to the head collar?

HemanOrSheRa · 20/11/2016 12:27

Please, please, please can I come and live at your house WellErr? I'd love a pony! And a puppy and a floofy kitten and one of those wee little pygmy goats.....Wink.

I think it's lovely. Your DC's are so lucky!

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:27

My main problem at the moment is hiding it. She wouldn't go in the attic so she's currently sideways on under the spare bed.

(That last bit wasn't true, RSPCA)

WalterWhitesNipple · 20/11/2016 12:28

Is said pony going to be a house horse?Grin

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:29

Thank you. Feel bad now as this looks like stealth boast but it's really not, she was cheap as chips.

OP posts:
HemanOrSheRa · 20/11/2016 12:30

Aw yes. A house horse. Like on the Amazon ad.

WellErrr · 20/11/2016 12:30

Yes Walter.

In fact I'm just off to Pets at Home for the biggest litter tray they have. And a basket Grin

IfartInYourGeneralDirection · 20/11/2016 12:30

CaesiumTime · 20/11/2016 12:30
