I was humming "Lovely weather for a sleigh right together with you" this morning... DP was not impressed!

Am on sad sad diet atm so trying to organise my yummy hamper inventory is very horrible

I was thinking this morning "Oooh in five months I can start The Advent Tree and the Advent Calender I'm going to treat myself to this year"...

T'other day, I cheered myself up with hot chocolate (i'm on very limited dairy but I thought Rats, I'm having that and pondered the Festive Drinks at Costa and Starbucks

I ordered some great gift bags from John Lewis yesterday...the words 'clearance sale' are so enticing!

Belated thanks for the stocking lists Biddy. I do stockings for DC and it gets hard thinking of presents for teens/post teens.
Things have been manic at work the last few weeks but now I can jump back on board! I need to investigate the bargain thread as my Pre-Christmas prep usually starts now ( I start making flavoured drinks/crafting/ ordering cheap stuff from China)

Ratbag Agreed - that can be such a pain. However, it can be quickly remedied by eating mince pies laced with brandy butter and, suddenly, everyone's happy again

It's bleak and dull here in Bucks so I'm snuggled on the sofa with M, she's asleep, I've got the Gilmore Girls on in the background and pinning lots of ideas for Christmas.

M&S Christmas Food you say............................ I love the ideas they have , last year they did a really innovative Penguin Cake.
I bought a The Snowman cake a few years ago, broke my heart to plunge a knife into him (worth it though, he was delicious)

I have a bunch of ornament keys, garden ornaments, bought from Home Bargains for £5. There's 5 on a ring
Plan is to spray them gold , add gems and ribbon and hang on the door as Santa Keys .
My DC will be 14.6 and 17. They'll be ...........
