Anyone NOT got their tree and decs up yet?

No, nothing...DH wants to start a 'trim up at xmas eve' tradition

no tree, no decorations, and I havent even put the cards we have got up will try to do it this weekend

Cards are all up but only because I hadn't taken down the strings from last year . getting tree tomorrow and I quite fancy going a bit Nigella and putting fairy lights on everything.
Oh that reminds me - I have put this up

Bought tree today and it's soaking outside. We'll put it up tomorrow as ds2 is on a school trip to a Christmas market in Aachen til 2.45 am this morning (guess who has to go and pick him up?!)

Cards are up (decided to do them as they arrive this year as it's less of a chore than doing them all at once). And I finished work today so I have a nice long run up to Christmas which means I can finish my shopping and do some cooking without panicking!
