Lego made me chuckle with her comment about sleep shopping in the last thread!

For all info see next post for links etc and let me know if a link doesn't work or a code is no longer valid or if I've missed something good Thanks

Thanks for the sainsburys tip got 18 month DS a vacuum , a pushchair a shopping trolley with toy food and a playdoh table set all for £20 was very happy!

PinkSquash · 21/10/2015 14:30

Amazon are doing a 'buy a £30 gift card in box and get a £7 credit for certain eligible accounts <a class="break-all" href="http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/redir/27c4283a?url=www.amazon.co.uk/b?ie=UTF8&node=5225073031&ref=gc_b30g7_assoc" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Check here

Both DH and I were eligible so we took advantage of it (my link was on my homepage when I logged into Amazon)

PinkSquash · 21/10/2015 14:32

Couldn't resist the lure of Sainsburys this morning- I got a Take n Play Perry for £3.50, Brain box game for £6.65 and a Minions 3d puzzle for a similar price.

My store had loads of Frozen stuff but hardly anything for boys who aren't keen on Frozen. The lego prices were disappointing but not unexpected

BeaBoo · 21/10/2015 14:43

Sounds like Sainsburys will be good for us as I've got a DD who turns 2 a few days before Christmas. I don't want to buy her loads though. Might just get some Play Doh and a few stocking fillers from there. I can't get there until the weekend though so I don't know if anything will be left!

Thanks for the heads up about the 25% off TU. I'm buying pyjamas for nieces/nephews and have seen some canny ones on the Sainsburys website.

nickdrakeslovechild · 21/10/2015 14:48

I took a sneaky days holiday today so went to sainsburys and got the barbie doll and unicorn for £12.50 and the cinderella horse and carriage for £21. Really please as they were both recent things DD has been asking for. Also popped into toys r us and they have lots of good things in the bargain bins, got an angel dress up for £1.96, santa headband for 46p and Ariel, cinderella and Rapunzel magiclip dolls for £2.99 each.

GreatSoprendo · 21/10/2015 15:04

Someone was asking about Thomas stuff in the Sainsburys sale? I've been in 2 branches and both had the same bigish Trackmaster set, lots of individual Take and Play trains at £3.49 (half price) plus the spiral track Take and Play sets including a train for £5. They also had Thomas megabloks sets, and some of the bigger Take and Play trains that make sounds.
Didn't spot any of the wooden Thomas sets.

DillieDoily · 21/10/2015 15:13

Another Sainsbury's veteran here. I bought ITNG musical Ninky Nonk Train for £33, Star Wars Lego small millennium falcon for £4.50 (the only Star Wars Lego that was half price), Star Wars hot wheels for 99p, twirlywoo figures, ITNG figures, wooden jigsaws, wooden skittles, bath toys, and lots of lovely wooden stocking fillers for a 1 year old.

DrasticAction · 21/10/2015 15:45

FullOfRage · 21/10/2015 15:52

sideorder sorry if I've missed it but where did you get the tree decs?

Tiredoftiredness · 21/10/2015 16:00

Not sure how great it is but www.argos.co.uk have a half price toy event on now over half term.

If anyone hasn't done Flaviar yet then can I add my ink to the list please? flaviar.com/i/ODA1OTE4ZkwqUzUj

itsonlysubterfuge · 21/10/2015 16:02

There are some MLP Pez's in Primark which would be great for Stockings, they were £1. We got a Pinkie Pie one, but they also had Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash.

Gatekeeper · 21/10/2015 16:13

ohh ahh I LOVE those star wars tree decs

sideorderofchips ...where did you get them please?

ChipperNipper · 21/10/2015 16:14

Thanks for the MLP primark pez tip.

I'm going to grab that and the H&M MLP tights next time I'm in town.

I really can't have enough MLP stuff these Christmas - I have dd's who watch nothibg else. How I love Tiny Pop Hmm

SideOrderofChips · 21/10/2015 16:15

ebay :)

they dont sell as a set now bit individual for arond a pound eac

LucyTheValiant · 21/10/2015 16:19

If anyone likes Orla Kiely there are some very similar cushion covers on eBay here for 2.39 and 5% off if you buy three. We have the black and white one and it's quite nice, definitely looks like it cost more than 2 quid!

TimonAndPumbaa · 21/10/2015 16:26

I braved sainsbury's and it was quite quiet. I was after mlp bargains but there were none at my local Sad. If anyone's dc are into monster high there was a pack of 2 dolls fir £11 odd which seems cheap (although admittedly I don't know a lot about mh). All the other things I saw have been mentioned on the thread already.

OvO · 21/10/2015 16:28

Sainsburys survivor here too. Xmas Grin

I was super restrained as I already have most presents bought. I'd been waiting for their wooden kitchen food to come down and it was half price so bought a few sets. Nerf refill packs for a nerf gun I got from Sainsburys at 70% off a while ago.

And that was it. Honest guv. I didn't spot a huge box of classic Lego by the exit doors and I didn't grab it as it was the last one and I didn't then go buy it. I was restrained!

mightyducks · 21/10/2015 16:47

Any reductions on Lego friends in Sainsburys? Am after the pop stars stuff in particular, thanks

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 21/10/2015 17:11

The toot toot tree house was 19.99 + the toot toot friends hospital about £16 (almost as cheap as recently on Amazon).

Toot toot cars were about 4.50 each as were the toot animals, the animals with babies were 6.65 and cars/vans with trailers about 7.50

Sorry all that is Sainsbury

Also a very cheeky request for anyone not to have used flaviar yet to use my link as would love at least one referral credit towards gifts :) - remember gives £10 credit and if you wait after signing in you get an email survey for another£5 credit.

VinylScratch · 21/10/2015 17:36

I might pop into sainsburys later then, DD wants a little live mouse so I'll see if I can get a cheap one.

CheeseAtFourpence · 21/10/2015 17:39

Lego friends reduced on our local sainsburys. Am sure I saw the recording studio. I managed to get the mini sets for £3.19 (baby bunnies and foal)

The MLP twilight sparkle castle was £19.99.
MLP sunset shimmer (and others) fashion style were £9.99 (photo)
