I'm so pleased with myself. OK, it could all go horribly wrong if

Argos don't really have a Wii for us
Amazon fk up
John Lewis or Tesco don't deliver

but apart from that, I'm done. Hurrah. I am feeling smug but to mitigate this I would like to point out that I have NEVER done this in my life before. Last year dh did all of it alone more or less. I've just got to wrap them now

You buy flowers? What for?

a Wii is a new Nintendo console, supposed to be v erm, cutting edge. I don't quite understand it myself but am told ds will love it.

I'm all done more or less...waiting for a few things to arrive...everything else is wrapped though...just food stuff for dad to make before we go and visit

boomie · 29/11/2006 10:47

Well I'm very smug too. Not only have I finished my Christmas shopping but I have wrapped them all too. I have baked my Christmas cake and my Christmas pudding is being steamed as we speak!!

ComeOVeneer · 29/11/2006 10:47

Mine are bought, wrapped and delivered to my parents' house 2 hours away (where we will be for christmas) as of last Thursday. Christmas cards are all written with stamps on ready to post too. I have been so mega organised this year as we are moving any day now so I wanted it all out the way rather than a last minute panic.

zippitippitoes · 29/11/2006 10:49

I haven't done any christmas shopping but then i haven't had a breakfast yet iether!

Have a lot of mine done but really need to sit down and make a proper list as everything is in the mess that is my brain at the moment!

Have written most of my Xmas cards - I do a few every evening while sitting at the table with DS while he has dinner. Postage from Hungary a bit hit and miss so will be posting from London at weekend.

rebelrebel · 29/11/2006 11:06

presents bought and wrapped - but no cards written yet - I can never think of inspiring things to write so I put it off till the last moment
