If anyone has a B&M near them, ours has lots of official peppa pig and fireman Sam stuff in, cheaper than I've seen anywhere else.

These Star Wars power tubes are a good price for teenagers or geeky adults ( I've ordered some for several I know!)

m.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=Mimopowertube&isNewKw=1&mfs=GOCLK&acimp=0&_trksid=undefined.TR0.TRC0.Xmimopowertube&sqp=mimopowertube

U.S. Website here for reference

Would also make a good component of a Star Wars package including some cinema tickets for the new film...

Eagles I got ds street gliders for his birthday and they went down well. I didn't want to get him heelys which he would get bored of or grow out of. I got them for £3.99 in Argos which made them even better! £12.99 in toysrus though. They get mixed reviews but ds enjoyed them (then got bored of them after a month or so!)

NotSayingImBatman
If you want a cheap tablet- I'd recommend one of the Allwinner A33 ones.
The really cheap ones under£30 usually gave half a GB (512mb) of Ram, which wont handle too much these days. You really need at least 1GB of Ram.
There are quite a lot of very good ebay shops based in the UK that sell Allwinner tablets. (I just did an ebay search - these are the right ones )

You would want the 10 inch one, as that is the one with the extra Ram, the smaller ones are 512mb. They are only about £45 and just that little bit extra £10-£15 more money gets you a tablet that will probably last 3 or 4 times as long in terms of what it can run.

these are the street gliders I got some for sd age 12 and they were pretty simple to put on and use but not as convenient when out and about as heely would be. if you think they may not be much used it's a cheaper alternative though

Not really a Christmas present/stocking filler, but this is quite fun to get kids moving and it's free. DD loves Frozen so we have been doing 10min shakes to get a sticker and make the poster. You get a plastic wristband in it too which has been a hit [[https://www.nhs.uk/10-minute-shake-up] 10 min shake up link]

JeffreyNeedsAHobby · 20/08/2015 11:17
