gallicgirl · 17/01/2015 20:03

Oh yes. Lots of chocolate santas and coins, mulled wine, mulled cider

nhsworker15 · 17/01/2015 20:07

You've just reminded me I have half a Christmas cake in the bread bin! Hurrah!

Also still have
2 selection boxes
Red wine
Bottles of spirits, which will still be there next Christmas apart from the gin
Chutney
Biscuits
Liqueur chocolates

Think that's it.

forcookssake · 17/01/2015 20:11

There's loads of varied xmas booze here but I'm doing dry January Angry We have loads of candy canes from the tree which were miraculously untouched so after hitting pinterest I'm going to chuck them in the bottle of vodka and leave til December. Two birds, one stone Wink

nhsworker15 · 17/01/2015 20:14

Oh and mulled wine spice, again. Had to throw out some before Christmas from a couple of years ago!

Tzibeleh · 17/01/2015 20:15

Just the Christmas cake and mince pies, here.

But the mince pies dont count becausr we always deliberately make masses of them and freeze them in batches to have throughout the year.

Chottie · 17/01/2015 20:16

Stilton cheese and cheese biscuits :)

BestIsWest · 17/01/2015 20:18

Cake
Mince Pies
Stollen,
Shortbread
Boxes of crackers
Cheese
At least 2 tubs of celebrations which DH hid somewhere safe.
Lots of alcohol.

I am starting low carb Bootcamp on Monday so am not stuffing my face with it all honestly

arlagirl · 17/01/2015 20:18

How much did you all buy?Shock

isitsnowingyet · 17/01/2015 20:22

Just Bailey's here

ByTheWishingWell · 17/01/2015 20:22

I've just finished off the brandy snaps. Love them when they've been open a while so they're sort of chewy. Blush

Just mince pies and a box of chocolates left now, and I doubt the chocolates will make it through the weekend.

usualsuspect333 · 17/01/2015 20:23

The chocolates and wine were all presents. I didn't buy them.

DP gets loads of chocolate and wine presents from work.

Sparklingbrook · 17/01/2015 20:23

I am still drinking the booze. I have got two bottles of wine, a bottle and a half of Southern Comfort and half a bottle of Bacardi gold to go....

thenightsky · 17/01/2015 20:25

Half a Christmas cake, 5 bottles of cava and an unopened litre of Baileys.

Starting low carb bootcamp Monday, so DH is on his own with that lot.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 17/01/2015 20:26

Yep.

Lidl mini stollen - I bought them early as I'd heard they sell out, hid them and found them a few days ago.

Still got a few candy canes too.

JuniperTisane · 17/01/2015 20:28

Still have a chocolate pudding and a christmas pudding we forgot about. DH came home last week from his mums with a pack of orange matchmakers and some cheesy things. Neither of which have been touched. TBH I suspect they will still all be there next christmas.

Loads of chocolate, and we weren't here for Christmas, so didn't buy in food! All gifts!

Lweji · 17/01/2015 20:31

I have taken some fizzy drinks bottles left over from Christmas to DS birthday party and they are still unopened.
I may need to drink them myself before they spoil.

SanityClause · 17/01/2015 20:31

We have a pannatone, various nougats and the like, some ham in the freezer, various cheeses, some baileys, enough wine to last about another month (DH and I drink a bottle each per week, so not as much as it sounds!) various pickles and chutneys, some smoked salmon (it's been in the freezer, but I've taken it out now, and had some for lunch today) some charcuterie (DS started the last packet today) and some some brandy butter.

That's all I can think of just now.

Andcake · 17/01/2015 20:31

Posh cheeses yes- I was just saying to DP that I didn't know how I was going to cope when it was over!

ChristmasPuddin · 17/01/2015 20:32

We have a stollen, one and a half puddings, some whipped spiced brandy butter, and two chocolate santas that the kids got from someone and forgot about.

Allalonenow · 17/01/2015 20:43

Half a box of mince pies and some brandy butter.
Small amount of cheese (I was very strict with myself this year)
Some flavoured cream with a long date.
Lumpfish caviare and blinis

Quite a bit of wine/spirits/liqueurs, but I deliberately buy extra of interesting things that you only find at Christmas, and it sees me through the dark bleak days of January and February.
