Reastie- I'm sure they would accept it back under any circumstance! I sent some L'Occitane back, convinced it had gone off, it smelled awful (like dirty dishcloths to my nose!) and they sent me a new one. Which smelled like dirty dishcloths too.....Grin

temporaryusername · 16/11/2014 21:21

Reastie that would work, and if you buy as a 'gift' you'd have till the 25th Jan (or near then) to return. Someone gave me a sample of the marine cream they'd got on a plane, I did react to it but that's for the best probably as I wouldn't have been getting any more!

o0 · 16/11/2014 21:22

THanks yaffle. Will have a look in all those places. Xmas Smile

Try again

Ilove another one here with Asda kitchen DS 3 got it for his birthday (waves at Ipswitch.) it's great, good quality for the money and not too big

marne2 · 16/11/2014 21:30

Ialready, we saw the castle yesterday set up in our local wilkonsons, I didn't see if it opened up Sad but it did look well made, dd was more interested in the plastic dragons and dinosaurs and we were in a hurry so didn't get a close look at the castle.

marne2 · 16/11/2014 21:32

There dolls looked great too, lots of goodies in wilkonsons this year. There Christmas decorations are lovely this year too, I'm going back next week to buy some.

Elvish · 16/11/2014 21:32

My MIl has requested a ceramic frying pan for Christmas, does anyone have any recommendations please?

She's seen an advert on TV but I'm not convinced they would be that good.

Looks like TK Maxx have plenty of choices in stock at reasonable prices, but I'm not sure if they would be as non stick as the advert claims...

YoureMyWifeNowDave · 16/11/2014 21:35

I bought a ceramic frying pan from B & M it was £7.99 i think and so far I've used it for steaks, omelettes and an english breakfast with no problems

BettyBitesBums · 16/11/2014 21:36

Right you lot, this is starting to take the piss. I've missed 9 pages after a night out and a day at work! Mind you it's probably not a bad thing. I thought I'd finished for DD weeks ago and since then I've had a bollocking from Wauwaa and bought a penguin and a bloody ark!!

From now on I must only look at the adult present bargains. I must, I must, I must. Xmas Grin

gnatgnu · 16/11/2014 21:47

This karaoke machine looks good and loads cheaper than the other Lucky Voice ones...

Notso · 16/11/2014 21:49

Ialreadytoldyou I've bought Wilko wrapping paper for my DC presents for the past few years. It is ok quality, not as thick as M&S which I used to use until one year DD saw the branding on the reverse and questioned why FC bought the paper from there Hmm

PoopPoooDeDooo · 16/11/2014 22:04

Arghhhhh Elizabeth Arden

Keepcalmanddrinkwine · 16/11/2014 22:14

I'm all out of Matalan codes. Maybe as others collect their orders they could grab a couple to share too? If I can get more I will. :)

LottieAndTheDinosaur · 16/11/2014 22:42

keepcalm FlowersFlowers Yes I'm hoping to sneak a load few to share when I go to collect my orders! Xmas Grin

AlwaysOneMissing · 16/11/2014 22:46

I need a couple of things for me from Next, some pyjamas (£25) and boots (£85).
I've never shopped online from
Next before - what would be the cheapest way to do it? Can friends recommend me and I'll get money off? Or do they do codes/vouchers or anything? And should I do them as 2 separate orders and get DH to open an account for extra discounts?!
Tia Flowers

IAlreadyToldYou · 16/11/2014 22:55

Haha notso, you have very observant children!

Thanks marne, wish there'd been one set up here so I could've had a proper nose. Ooh plastic dragons and dinosaurs sound good too. Shall have to pop in again!

Betty, I am in the exact same boat. Should have finished for the dc ages ago. In the last week I've bought them a load of books from the book people, the £6 barbies and currently contemplating a karaoke machine Confused (as well as the wilko castle I spotted today with I'm still dithering about)

SasOn · 16/11/2014 22:58

Ok I'm off to Ikea tomorrow - what do I need?? I'm actually going for long sleeved bibs and toy storage but we all know that's irrelevant Xmas Grin

Marmaladecat1 · 16/11/2014 22:59

Nice christmas bath stuff? Any ideas?
Also what's Primark like for boys pj's?
Thanks Flowers

queenbrunhilda · 16/11/2014 22:59
