So yep, uninspiring

One stocking filler I included in male stockings last year were the fake tattoo sleeves - even my dad thought it was great and he's in his 50s

When I was little my DM always used to put a soap from Avon in my stocking, usually something like a Snoopy design. Avon soaps had a very distinctive smell of their own back then, it used to make my stocking smell lovely and I came to associate that smell with Christmas. I do the same thing for my DD now, but with a bath bomb from Lush instead of a soap.

I got from wilkinsons today a phone charger for when you are out and your phone runs out of batteries, is small enough for stocking and was in the 3 -4-2 offer
I got from tesco the other day little round bauble like bottle of chilli oil for DH stocking
I also got from wilkinsons little packs of star post it's for 35p and lipstick pens
Home bargains had little packs of tissues with rose pattern on for 12p

I've braved it and done a aliexpress shop today. Bought some jewellery, novelty sharpeners, key rings- all for pennies. I chose buyers who dispatch in 5 days so fingers crossed they will get here in time! Last time I shopped with them I used a dozen buyers and only one item didn't turn up. I received my first package about 10 days later and the last one came about two months after.

I might do another AE shop tonight if I see anything that catches my eye.

Saw those tattoo sleeves in Tiger, nearly bought them for my Big Bang Theory fans.

I got some sweet stocking fillers in Tiger recently, including those flannels that are all bunched up and then expand when you put them in the bath and some wooden toys

Someone on here last year put individual tubs of lucky charms in the kids stocking, saw them in poundland recently and got them. Kids will love them, only Santa would buy something like that!

My 7 year old ds 1 and I are reading Harry potter atm, and got some Bertie bots every flavour beans in a local sweet shop. Got him some Starbucks flavoured hot chocolate sachets too, he adores Starbucks but we hardly ever go there so a real treat.
