Snappy I have just looked and despite me cancelling and getting an email and it saying a few days ago that I had cancelled it is now showing a delivery for 12th november.

Ve cancelled again but nothing else is showing.

Could someone else please check and see what theirs says?

Thanks well not really cos I shouldn't be buying more Xmas stuff for the H&M heads up. I missed out on the aprons last year so have ordered one this time around.

Grr to Kindle discount though. I'll keep my fingers crossed my aunty doesn't hear about it as she's just paid normal price a couple of days ago.

Right I've replied to my flavourly cancellation email asking them to confirm why my account currently shows another delivery and payment for November.

Will let you know what they say.

I can't remember how I paid I'll need to look and see if I can block them somehow.

RhondaJean - maybe it's a problem with their system? I'm sure after I cancelled the first subscription that the account showed empty, i.e. with no live subscriptions listed.

I have finally just received an email from them about the second account asking them to confirm whether it's been cancelled or not, and the message simply says "yes, it's cancelled". However it's still listed on there like yours showing a delivery due for 12th November!

I'll be fuming with them if they deliver and charge me £15. They are so hard to get hold of - no phone number, even on their company records. Nightmare.

Ts a no reply address! So bounced straight back but I have ANOTHER. Cancellation email now from cancelling again tonight.

Getting worried now. It's due out the day before I get paid and if I used my current account it will likely bounce!

My Flavourly account is saying the same, that my next order is due in Nov despite me cancelling my subscription. I emailed them to confirm the cancellation only to receive a generic email back telling me how to cancel.

I bloody know how to cancel I just want to make sure you know I have! Will let you know if they email back. They're probably inundated with people cancelling after the first cheap box.

I have about a million cancellation emails! But the only way to get a response from them is to send it through their contact form, like you found it just bounces back if you tried replying to their email.

I will be overseas when the next payment might come out and really don't want the hassle of trying to deal with them whilst on holiday. I'm going to send another message asking for confirmation that no further payments will be taken.

snappy oh its good job you posted - I totally forgot you actually had to cancel it!! I'll do it tmrw and keep an eye on my account - hopefully there won't be a problem cancelling them?

I have the same thing with the Flavourly box. I'm hoping it's just because they're inundated with orders and stuff and they seem to have been having some issues with their website (lots of posts on their facebook page about codes not being accepted).

Flavourly groupon deal needed to be cancelled too, so I imagine they are dealing with thousands of cancellations at the minute. Hopefully they will sort it soon.

Just checked my Flavourly account and same message. I've deleted my credit card details from my account now. My next delivery date is still showing 9th Nov so will check again week before.

No RhondaJean I rang up to find out where it had got to, to be told it had been despatched ages ago (so obviously gone astray) I told them I didn't want to pay for it and they said that they would cancel my subscription no further charges, but if it turned up I should donate it to a deserving cause! Good customer service from them.
