A few people have seen the market stall half price in Sainsburys, I'm going to have a look after the school run, hopefully there will be some things still left.

Thanks to the person who linked to the lovely satchel handbag from scaramamga. Mine just arrived and it is gorgeous! And it came in such a lovely cloth flowery bag too. I bought it for myself, not as a Xmas present for anyone, but it would make a very lovely present for someone else.

Wanna it's very cheap but out of stock at the works. I keep checking to see if they have it back in but no luck so far

Long time lurker, John Lewis are launching their first loyal card scheme, this entitles you to free tea/coffee and cake once a month. Think I will sign both my parents up as a little extra gift. This start on the 30th October. They often go to John Lewis but find it a bit expensive

I only want an April O'Neil but I could be talked into Krang if they have any figures other than turtles, rats or shredders.

I looked at the Braun toothbrush on the deals - had to find it myself as the link didn't work. But saw it count down, then it just said deal coming but didnt show a price so I just clicked on the link and the price came up on the product page a few moments later - it was for about £17.50.

Might be worth searching for the product page and see if it's still available on the page even if it's not on the deals carousel any more.

Alternatively maybe they had such high demand from all the people watch this thread that they went very quickly

Back from Sainsburys sale. Pretty poor, shelves full still at 9am but grabbed a few bargains.

Forgot to say there were lala loopsy sister sets for £17 at Sainsburys. Have no idea if that is a bargain but for one large doll and sister doll seemed good deal?

Wow weemee - thanks for posting the list - a couple of things sound good! Maybe I will potter down to sainsburys later, if only dd will fall asleep on the way there! my local shop usually brings in a couple of the sale things but doesnt normally stock toys as such so prob wont be much there.

Am I the only one to be really disappointed in Flavourly? The website and FB page clearly indicate that vegetarian boxes are an option. I requested vegetarian, was sent non-vegetarian, and then had 5 emails and FB messages ignored. After 2 weeks of zero response, I resorted to 'whingeing' on their FB page, resulting in an email stating that they do not offer vegetarian boxes! No apology, no offer of a refund and no suggestion of what to do with the box they sent. I can't even highlight the posts on their FB wall, where they advise to register then send an email requesting vegetarian, as I can no longer see their wall-think THEY'RE pissed off with ME!

Ssuppose it serves me right for receiving all my lovely bargains from Letterbox quickly and with nothing missing :-/
