Really impressed with Woolworths.co.UK
ordered stuff on Friday, delivered yesterday really well packaged.
lots of toys on 3 for 2 so worth a look for school birthdays as well as Christmas.

VerucaInTheNutRoom · 20/10/2013 08:27

House of Fraser have Star Wars double blaster packs down from £19.99 to £7.99. You can order and collect from store for free. Sorry, no link as am on iPad.

Joycey29 · 20/10/2013 08:30

Zulily shopping - anyone want me to go through their referral link?

VoldemortsNipple · 20/10/2013 08:44

I bought those star wars blasters a while ago. I'd never have paid £20 for them and was even Hmm at £7.50. They are both tiny with one bullet each. I thorght I was getting a bargain for one of my nephews but will have to get something to add to it.

VerucaInTheNutRoom · 20/10/2013 08:52

Oh dear! DS is desperate for them so I hope they're not complete tat.

TooWetToWoo · 20/10/2013 08:56

Hoodie Buddies starting from £12 might be good for teens or partners. They're hoodies with built in headphones.

AliceinSlumberland · 20/10/2013 08:58

Big Ben 3d puzzle for £1.80

No reviews so not sure what it'll be like.

Jessica78 · 20/10/2013 09:02

First post here, but thank you for all the recommendations - have just bought the Eco tree for work & lots of stocking fillers! X

joymaker · 20/10/2013 09:04

Joycey29 Reastie has got her referral link at the end of the second post (where all thread bargains are located) if that helps

IsThatTrue · 20/10/2013 09:23

The Big Ben 3d puzzle is fiddly but it is great once done. DH had to do most of it as dd (7) and ds(5) couldn't manage most of it.

joymaker · 20/10/2013 09:26

I'm looking for a farm playmat that isn'too expensive happy to pay £15 or less for a more expesive one (=bargain) but could just be a really nice full price £15 one like the look of the Le toy van and Papo ones on Amazon but a bit too £££ Can anyone help.

Bought the LOVEFILM 6 months membership for £10 from groupon so thanks Isaac (hope you'll be back soon Smile and the poster who happened to jog my memory afterwards!

BeaLola · 20/10/2013 09:38

Thanks re Lands End code- not ordered from them before - are they generous in sizing like Boden tend to be or about right like Joules ?

McFarts · 20/10/2013 09:52

Good buy for new moshi fans, tree house plus 20 moshlings for £21.68

www.amazon.co.uk/Moshi-Monsters-Treehouse-Moshlings-Pack/dp/B00CED7XP6/ref=pd_sim_k_h_b_cs_94

Mandy21 · 20/10/2013 10:14

joymaker I think they tend to be true to age - I've only bought children's clothes (mainly their skorts). Myaverage height 8yr old has just grown out of 7-8 and I've bought her 9-10 now for next summer.

Melissakitkat · 20/10/2013 10:28

Monsoon mid season sale on with free delivery on orders over £75 and 5% cash back with quidco - just bought some lovely party dresses for dd for Xmas.

Xxxxxxxxx

missmakesstuff · 20/10/2013 10:56

Bookmarking my place..Thanks so much to everyone who posts links, it is a lifesaver.

Ordered the fake lego castle for DD from letterbox, paid postage though, boo. DH lost his Job in June, the money is running out and this Xmas is going to be pretty frugal, no presents for adults or each other apart from what we can make ourselves. However, this thread at least means I can get DD a few little things, plus something for my friends children.
I got DD a pair of Peepa Pig headphones in Aldi, they have some great deals. Just looking for a child friendly MP3 player now, so she can listen to nursery Rhyme CDs etc. If anyone finds one, let me know!

HenriettaPye · 20/10/2013 11:23

To who was asking about moshi bargains- DS has just decided he loves these too. Ive found the cheapest place for the packs are b&m and home bargains, they are £1.99 for the pack of 5 figures (i think they are series 4) DS doesnt mind that they are the older ones though.

moshi treehouse was 19.99 now £10

super moshi HQ was 24.99 now 9.99

Also, not very christmassy but good for a halloween treat, home bargains have a plastic moshi monster egg which contains 5 halloween edition moshis for only 99p or a little packet with a halloween bag and two moshis for 99p.

3birthdaybunnies · 20/10/2013 11:53

E-mail from argos saying have £10 voucher with £100 spend/ £5 with £50. Seem to remember last year this could combine with the voucher when you bring in unwanted toys.

FarOverTheRainbow · 20/10/2013 12:06

Has any more been said about the next argos 3 for 2 on toys? I've got a list of stuff I need to get

Trazzletoes · 20/10/2013 12:14

Am totally amazed by the Warren James Swarovski bracelet in the OP. I may have bought one ok, a couple...

ProtectiveMother · 20/10/2013 12:14

I'm another one looking for bargain Lego bricks/doors/windows from Santa ;-)

zipzap · 20/10/2013 12:16

In store in asda they have the old style playmobil camper van for £18 which is pretty good - used to be more like £30 when I bought one for the dc 3-4 Yrs ago.

In store now so haven't had a chance to check prices online.

DTisMYdoctor · 20/10/2013 12:41

Likesweetpeas - DS is 5 and loves moshi monsters. He just likes collecting them and we've never looked at the website and don't have anything else to go with them. We've bought him a load of series 4 ones as they've been going cheap everywhere, probably because there's a new series out. The little packs are great for stocking fillers.
