Anybody looking for a present for a student or ???, sainsburys had half price crock pot slow cookers for £19.95, which seemed a good price. Add a cheap slow cooker cook book and it could be a really useful present.

There was other kitchen stuff at 25-50% off - microwave, kettles, toaster etc. But they were not with the main kitchen stuff in my local store so you might need to look around for them.

Cataline I love the Gund version but all sold out (or silly amount on ebay). Have found a gorgeous elf from My Little Elf but they are sold out this year. You can order now for next year.

Oh, what to do, what to do!

themummyonthebus · 19/10/2013 19:51

LaTrucha not magpie, but some lovely stuff there. Bookmarked for my birthday Blush

Ilikesweetpeas · 19/10/2013 19:52

Please can someone help me sign up for the flavourly box? When I google flavourly I get a page which fills the left quarter of my screen and I can't find anywhere to click to sign up. Disclaimer, I am v tired and may be being dense but if anyone could help I would be grateful!!

ShoopShoop · 19/10/2013 19:55

Sorry - what was the code for the Boden free scarf? Thanks

I was in Tesco today and they had Father Christmas Needs a Wee and also Father Christmas Comes Up Trumps for £3.85 each. Seems quite a good price.....but I haven't been on Amazon yet to compare.

Thanks to poster up thread the other day who linked to the Nails Inc lucky dip - I'm now all sorted for my DIY crackers.....for the female side of the family anyway!

craftynclothy · 19/10/2013 19:56

Ilike Flavourly link

Ilikesweetpeas · 19/10/2013 19:59

frazzled74 · 19/10/2013 20:00

marriedinwhiteisback · 19/10/2013 20:00

Don't know if this is relevant but today I found two nativity calendars (M&S) under the stairs that I lost about 10 years ago. They were about to go in the bin but DS said shall we just see if it's OK. We tried a choc and it was fine - delicious in fact. So we took out all the ten year old chocs and they are presently in a little china bowl and rapidly diminishing.

So what I'm trying to say is if you see some reduced to 20p or something after Christmas - buy them and keep them and they will be absolutely fine the following year. And I did think why not get one of those worthy fabric ones and buy a family bag of chocolate buttons to dole out with the felt animal. Got to be more fun and cheaper than overpriced chocolate that taken as 24 teeny pieces must weight less than half a small bar of Cadburys.

IHeartKingThistle · 19/10/2013 20:00

Argh silky I got really excited then as I'm looking out for offers on photo placemats, but they only do packs of 2 with the same pic on both. We've got the whole family coming and I really wanted to make them all 'facemats' for Christmas dinner but not if it's going to cost me a fortune! And I definitely don't need 2 of each!

whyno · 19/10/2013 20:03

Sorry if this has already been said but amazon has play doh candy cyclone reduced by 60%.

DTisMYdoctor · 19/10/2013 20:11

I for a camel alert that the playmobil volcano with T. rex is £33.33 here Rrp £49.99 and it's mostly been available £30-£50.

Thanks to this thread and camel camel, DS is now just about done. Can you all now post presents suitable for DH and other grown ups please Grin No more toys!

DTisMYdoctor · 19/10/2013 20:11

Sorry, it's mostly been 40-50, not 30-50.

chaosisawayoflife · 19/10/2013 20:15

Scaramamga have a lovely little leather saddle bag half price at £18. Would make a lovely present. I very nearly bought one for myself but decided it would be too small for all the crap important things I have to lug around. I have one of their satchels and can vouch for their quality and service.

VoldemortsNipple · 19/10/2013 20:24

Dog wellies anybody? Grin

Seriously though, if you go on Amazon and type in yks into the search bar, there are so many very cheap stocking fillers with free delivery for all ages.

clr2014 · 19/10/2013 20:35

IsThatTrue · 19/10/2013 20:37

GlitterFingers · 19/10/2013 20:39

People looking for elves

bit.ly/HagGPy

I have this one not sure if that link will work but if you google Powell craft elf he is a cutie Smile

Kipsy · 19/10/2013 20:50

These might make a nice present for 4+ years:
Fingerprint activity book
Another one - more unisex

They are at around 50% off at the moment.
My little one has both, and has enjoyed them tremedously. They also go down well as birthday presents!

Chockywockydoodah · 19/10/2013 20:53

Emma Bridgewater Spot or Toast design Wellie Boots half price on Ocado now £17.50

TooWetToWoo · 19/10/2013 20:54

clr £5 trial for 5 issues, I'm assuming that you just let the subscription carry on to get the next 6 issues for £19 then cancel the DD.

Reastie · 19/10/2013 20:55

moosey went for the official one in the end when the price dropped a bit (still expensive for what it is though). Tbh it's a bit freaky looking (mine is the boy with dark hair, brown eyes and dark skin) but DD seems to love it.

Anyone buying the zest magazine subscription offer, just to say my sanctury stuff came today. It was 2 pieces of anti wrinkle face things (a serum and something else). Not sure who I can give it to as don't have anyone I can give it to without looking like I'm offending them! Might have to try it myself oh what a pity .

married TEN YEAR OLD CHOCOLATES?! You're braver than me! Let's hope you're still alive you come back tomorrow Wink
