We have a Playmobil Pirate ship for a just four year old. It would not work well for younger IMO. Have a look at the playmobil 123 barn?

newton my Mum got ds the pirate ship last year when he was 4 and it is perfect for him. I would not suggest it for any younger than that; dd is 2.5 and has snapped a couple of bits on it when she has broken into her big brother's room to raid his closely guarded toy collection

So I tried my blazer on and asked DD1 what she thought. Apparently it looks "silly" and when I asked why it looked silly she said "Because it looks smart."

Well our box of awesome arrived. The kids were a bit meh about the contents. They found going to the locker thing and entering the code to get the box out much more exciting than the box contents. I don't think I'd bother subscribing although DS seems to be enjoying thejack solvit book that came in it.

We have a great shop near us which has loads of bargains and the packaging is a little damaged but it's perfect. Should have been £56!

Thank you... DH doesn't think its a good idea either. It seems to be on offer every year, so maybe a good one for next Christmas. May still get the 123 zoo for them both to share.

They also had masks and cut out desktop figures and chocolates.
Also my 'Rhianna' perfume came today which is better than I thought it would be.
Still waiting for my free watch,body stuff set and the other set that was free with glamour mag.i had the mag about 2 weeks ago but no free gift yet.

I've just tried H10 for the blazer/bag and it's told me I can't use it, but given me 10% off instead, applied automatically.

Trixy we picked our Box of Awesome up today as well.

DS was at school so he didn't even get the joy of entering the code in the locker and watching to see which door popped open.

We got a Will Solvit book, two packets of Panini type stickers and a small plastic ball with sweets in it.

And the book had a sticker on it that said "£3.99 buy one get one free on it" and was meant to be a back to school pack so having a book that starts with a boy throwing stink bombs in school and singing "one more day in this dump" was a bit of a surprise

So not all that awesome really. I'd said to DH that if the box was good I would subscribe but I don't think the contents were worth the £6 it would cost to get a box every two months.

My box of awesome is waiting to be picked up too. is it a proper locker then? I was going to pick it up on tues when I go shopping.

IsThatTrue I also ordered the blazer and 'free' bag and also a pair of pumps and got an email saying that the items may be despatched separately so don't worry. I'm due mine on Tuesday but it could be delivered any time up to 9pm which means I'll be doing 2 school runs with heart in mouth that I've missed them.

Getting worried now that I'm going to have trouble cancelling my 3 magazine subscriptions I've signed up for Got my Rihanna perfume but nothing else (awaiting Body shop stuff from Glamour and the Oasis watch from Hearst).

I just had my (boring food) delivery from asda and I asked the delivery guy about the deal last night. He wasn't aware of it specifically but when I mentioned it went 'ooooh, 7 of my 19 deliveries in this slot have been cancelled and they were e voucher ones. He seemed to find it funny...

Boo! Just got the dreaded Asda email

Just cancelled my subscription to the DSLR magazine (the one with the free camera bag / gorilla pod) and it was no problem at all, they emailed me back to confirm that I will only get two more magazines and advised me to cancel my direct debit with the bank :).

Been to my local tesco and the toy sale wasn't good, they've just refurbished the shop and since there hasn't been many good deals at all, some of the things in the sale are a lot cheaper on their website then in store
