Just looked at Vertbaudet's Facebook page and there are a few disgruntled and unhappy customers leaving messages there about the service they received.

This message caught my eye particularly, so they must be in the habit of not honouring advertised free gifts:

I am fully aware that it's a gift and also that there might be higher demand than anticipated but firstly the gift is supposed to motivate you to order and a gift you want does so more than one you couldn't care less about and further I think the replacement gift should at least be for the same age range....."

Okay I'm racking my brain trying to remember a christmas cartoon like film I saw years ago and I'm wondering if any of you can help. Here's what I remember: there was a Rudolf with his red nose, his female friend was called Zoe, there was an evil snow queen and I'm sure but not 100% that ehoopie Goldberg did the voice over.
