Here we go people, the second bargain Christmas thread for 2013 already . Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

SayHelloToMyLittleFriend · 17/08/2013 07:46

Thank you so much for the robot link, I've ordered it for my dd. She saw it in toys r us a few weeks ago and loved it so she'll be very happy :)

SpottyTeacakes · 17/08/2013 07:58

I got the robot for my dd too Smile

PoppyWearer · 17/08/2013 08:06

I got the Julia Donaldson book last night for £2. DS loves Postman Bear, so he can have it as a birthday present. Thank you Thanks

Am resisting the robot. Fab though it is, we have lots of that kind of toy already, and I rather suspect DH would kill me!

Leilandri · 17/08/2013 08:37

toffeelolly · 17/08/2013 09:12

Can you still order stuff from Argos old book, just I am looking some things out of it that are not in the new book.

GeekInThePink · 17/08/2013 09:18

I can't see the cheap Julia Donaldson books on there either- think we missed it!

Slainte · 17/08/2013 10:04

ELEMIS alert! For those who, like me, bought the magazine with Elemis free gift I thought you might be interested that HOF have a clearance on a body balm, it's reduced from £26 to £9.

I've bought some to make up a gift set with the free gift, I may have sneaked an extra one in for myself Grin.

Link is Elemis

They also have Apothecary make up sets reduced from £25 to £10, perfect for my niece. Link is <a class="break-all" href="http://www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Makeup/S100,default,sc.html#www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Makeup/S100,default,sc.html?prefn1=brand&prefv1=Apothecary&fix&spcl&ajaxsearchrefinement" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here.

Slainte · 17/08/2013 10:59

Oh no Rhonda have I made a faux pas by linking to HOF sale? Confused

justmuddlingalong · 17/08/2013 11:19

Little Tikes mega car carrier. Found this and thought it was a good deal for putting by.

OnTheNingNangNong · 17/08/2013 11:41

Thanks Slainte for the Apothecary set, that will be for DNiece. She'll love it. Am Totally ignoring the rest of the HoF sale. I'm running low on Christmas funds Grin

ValiumQueen · 17/08/2013 12:44

The HOF clearance - some things are just 1p off! I have just spent ages looking through the toy section looking for inspiration.

lilylaville · 17/08/2013 16:23

Bought the robot, thanks to whoever

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 17/08/2013 17:14

I've seen the ads for the robot but DD is 16 months, is it too old for her?

Slainte · 17/08/2013 17:27

Just ordered the robot. Thanks Vivi Thanks.

SpottyTeacakes · 17/08/2013 17:32

Girl I think it's 3-5

DocBrown · 17/08/2013 17:58

Does anyone have a free delivery/discount code for the Book People? Many thanks x

Chockywockydoodah · 17/08/2013 18:12

girlwithyellowhat my DD got this for Christmas last year and only recently started playing with it properly and following the verbal instructions it gives and she's 3. Her 4 year old friends that have come round to play love it.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 17/08/2013 18:46

Think I might just save my money then. Thanks!

ViviDeBeauvoir · 17/08/2013 18:48

girlwiththeyellowhat my DS1 absolutely loves it he's 2 and 4 months (you could always save it for her birthday?)

ViviDeBeauvoir · 17/08/2013 18:52

Thanks for the Julia Donaldson links. Greats stocking fillers.
Off to look at HoF sale for myself

enderwoman · 17/08/2013 19:02

I was in Sainsburys today and they had lots of Lego sets with a third off.

JustBecauseICan · 17/08/2013 19:10

I have just been greedily grumpy with The Works, going through Quidco and finding a 20% off with no minimum spend voucher. The voucher code was applied on the 6 gory crime books for £10 for my serial killer loving Aunt, but then at checkout disappeared!

Have emailed them to beg for my 20%.
