Here we go people, the second bargain Christmas thread for 2013 already . Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

desertbaby · 06/08/2013 06:02

bangersmashandbeans · 06/08/2013 06:51

Oreo thanks for the megablocks link - present 1 for DS ordered!

QOD · 06/08/2013 08:44

Oh some amazon bargains in my basket!

Reastie · 06/08/2013 08:56

98 we've got the pintoy kitchen <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.welovetoys.co.uk/images/products/840_large.gif&imgrefurl=www.welovetoys.co.uk/product/840/pintoy-kitchen-sink-and-stove&h=480&w=640&sz=102&tbnid=N1AcSP261IoDKM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=120&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpintoy%2Bkitchen%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=pintoy+kitchen&usg=__FgUYzZfziMoLDCwqkuTneWuTSHU=&docid=Fx6i-b0er7mmQM&sa=X&ei=yKsAUu-BLsaI0AXc84DoBg&ved=0CHEQ9QEwAg" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this one which is really lovely and good quality but not sure if it's bargainous (we got ours second hand and it had barely been used). I've seen these kitchens in a few nurseries/preschools so I assume they are durable and good quality to survive so well with regular use.

98percent I'd avoid the Asda shop. My friend got her then 3yo DS one last year and said it fell over every time he leaned on it, it was titchy tiny and he's already outgrown it and that it just felt flimsy and cheap.

runningincircles · 06/08/2013 09:20

Loving this thread. Thanks EweHaveGoatToBeKiddin, for the tip. I pretty much got the dcs stockings sorted in Hawkin's Bazaar . They have lots of bargains and fun stuff in there summer sale.

runningincircles · 06/08/2013 09:27

Oops their not there!

ballinacup · 06/08/2013 09:29

Sorry, that should read Asda kitchen, not Asda shop!

NeverTooManyCats · 06/08/2013 10:13

just to let you guys know, the finger puppets on amazon have increased in price to £8.99!

NeverTooManyCats · 06/08/2013 10:16

oops, my bad, a different seller is now selling them for £2.03. Just bought them now to save any price surprises closer to the time.

98percentchocolate · 06/08/2013 11:53

chocky I LOVE that shop! Hmm may have to start scheming to see how I can get it. Dd I needs it!
Thanks for the warning about the asda kitchen. May have to do some research.

craftynclothy · 06/08/2013 12:20

This is the Asda 'shop' we got. It's actually a market stall but the kids call it Waitrose a shop.

We have this kitchen for DD1. She got it years ago and used it as a kitchen then. Not so much now, though they both still seem to play with it.

FairyJen · 06/08/2013 12:53

Can you amazing bargain hunters keep an eye out for cheap happyland xmas set please Smile

I can only find it for £10 but is only meant as a stocking filler so do not want to pay that much.

Ds is getting the happyland pirate ship for his big present- bargain won on eBay as is in mint condition Smile

starjules · 06/08/2013 13:17

FairyJen, ELC the last couple of years have put the christmas set in the sale a few days before christmas.

98percent, keep you eye out for Love my Street pop up they do a lovely cupcake shop I picked one up on amazon for about £12 (its £20 at the moment) earlier in the year
www.amazon.co.uk/Love-My-Street-CupcakeCorner/dp/B008I0UBFI, tescos are doing the post office at a good price at the moment.

Fubbs · 06/08/2013 14:10

I need to step away - have accidentally started shopping for 2014 as I've overdone it for 2013 Blush!

Chockywockydoodah · 06/08/2013 15:02

98 maybe look for a second hand one on ebay or wait for a GLTC half price sale :)

NigellaEllaElla · 06/08/2013 15:34

I often get emails from GLTC doj g 15% off everything for 48hrs so will post code if I do. The shop looks fab. Nearly got it for DD last yr but went with a dolls house instead.

Chockywockydoodah · 06/08/2013 16:16

Anyone know of any Mothercare codes that are still working please?

Reastie · 06/08/2013 16:18

nevertoomany £8 Shock Shock , is that through the power of this thread?!!

OP posts:
Mipe · 06/08/2013 16:23

Ooh I love that Cupcake Corner, it looks so cute! We got some Zhu Zhu Hamster Babies in Poundland today, would make nice stocking fillers for Zhu Zhu fans :).

Chockywockydoodah · 06/08/2013 17:23

Just to say that the code RLNH still works for Mothercare 20% off ;)

Loveitall · 06/08/2013 18:47

Well, I've been inspired by this thread. Was already ahead of the game as dn pressies have been sorted, but started on ds now. I made a favourites list a while ago of toys I've seen that were a possibility, so I went back through them and found one half price on elc...hurrah! Ordered now. I have some wrapping paper left over from last year so I can get wrapping as well :)

Reastie · 06/08/2013 20:20

Just noticed there's a mn code for Achica (link for £10 off first order when you order from link OP) - JULYMUMS10 for another £10 off when you spend £60. I believe they stack as the £10 off through link is an all first order thing, no code needed, so just the JULYMUMS10 to add.

There was a clearance section in my local Asda tonight near the headphones and iPod docks, with skylanders starter kits for £25 and the play station book of spells or whatever it's called for £10.

Am sorely tempted to go back for the skylanders...is it worth it?
