All kudos to Amazon for all round staggering service AND the Royal Mail too.

So yesterday my Mum decided what she'd like for Xmas - a box set of a TV series.
Yesterday I ordered it from Amazon who informed me delivery date would be 28th - 30th December.
This morning the postman delivered it!!!!!

Amazing!

I can't believe that ALL my online orders have arrived - last one came first thing this morning

I'm waiting for my last one today. Ordered DS Peter pan DVD on Thursday and it said delivery on the 28th but turned up yesterday. Very happy!

My mum just received a parcel today which my sister posted from Australia on Monday, incredible.

I have felt for a long time that the Royal Mail is one of those institutions that was/is universally loved by the population and successive Govts have done their best to ruin it.

Amazon and Royal Mail basically delivered our Xmas this year along with Sainsbury who have also been superb.

Amazon have come up trumps for me this year too. Had to return an external hard drive at the last minute, and the replacement came today.

Yes, they have been fab. Even the marketplace seller orders have arrived on time.

Amazon have been astounding this year. I ordered something for ds birthday which is between christmas and new year on tuesday so wasnt even bothered if it arrived before xmas and it arrived on Friday!

Yes. A huge round of applause for Amazon and Royal Mail this year. Everything has been taking just one or two days to arrive. Fantastic service!

we've got no complaints either, have had delivers on a sunday for the last 2 weekends, parcel even arrived today. i sent 3 parcels on wednesday, was told we'd missed last post before christmas, so i sent one special delivery to be sure it would get there as it was presents for nieces/nephews, the other two i just sent first class, all 3 arrived the next morning.

Everything I ordered has arrived in time this year too, including one that wasn't for Christmas and I really wasn't expecting until the New Year Our RM postie is brilliant, and even dare I say it? our Yodel driver is lovely and has brought everything on time, and "properly" which seems to be really unusual.

Really pleased too. They used real common sense about safe places to leave parcels so I haven't had so many depot trips either.

Tesco too have excelled themselves- forgot to buy one of DD's presents, ordered it yesterday at 3pm, it arrived at 10am this morning. Amazing.

And agreed that RM have been outstanding this year.

We run an online retail business and Royal Mail have been outstanding all year.

Also our regular courier company Interlink Express have been absolutely amazing. And I love, love, love our Interlink driver . Yodel - take note!

I had ordered a game for dd from play who informed on Monday it was not going to come in time. I cancelled and ordered a different version. It was close on delivery but it arrived today. Everything thing had come even a game that was shipped from Finland

I ordered a few bits from Amazon on Monday night. Parcels came Thursday, friday and today. So fast, they weren't even Xmas presents (new printer ink and couple of books).

Yes fully agree Amazon and Royal Mail have been outstanding this year Have had numerous deliveries and the majority have been delivered the day after dispatch, brilliant!
