So yesterday my Mum decided what she'd like for Xmas - a box set of a TV series.
Yesterday I ordered it from Amazon who informed me delivery date would be 28th - 30th December.
This morning the postman delivered it!!!!!

Amazing!

I'm the only one who had problems then. Present for mil ordered beginning of Dec, still hasn't arrived. Amazon very good about refund though

Yep we ordered all but 4 pressies from amazon and they all arrived in fantastic time.

I wrote to Amazon last night thanking them for the wonderful service. Got an email back thanking me for thanking them. . They have been outstanding.

Same here our entire Christmas has been ordered via the Internet this year and everything has been spot on. Love Amazon, Ocado and our Postman!

I love Amazon they are amazing. Its just a shame that as they are so good there are not so many bookshops left. They are so great they have wiped out the opposition.

I ordered something on Monday super saver and had it by Weds.

I ordered a Poker set in a tin, which arrived damaged. I then rang them to tell them, and not only did they send a replacement free of charge, they told me I could keep the original one. I live in Belgium too, so it must've cost a fair bit postage wise.
Just brilliant!

Ordered a rag rug off eBay on Wednesday night, it arrived thursday morning.

It was Thorntons that stressed me out last year and I have learnt my lesson there - I notice that they have become unprofitable now. Once bitten!

Amazon made my christmas shopping completely stress free. I shall defo be using them next year. RM was very efficient too.

I agree.I had one thing go missing from Amazon(I ordered loads).Rang Customer Services(was a Cape Town number) and it was replaced pdq,they even sent me the colour I specified as a long shot!!!!!

Royal Mail were fantastic too,we have lovely postmen where I live so it's always a pleasure dealing with them.
