Just to say, doctors are trained by the salesmen
Doctors are in the pockets of pharma and have vested interests, so research has been skewed.

Why for instance right now are their increasing numbers dying of flu despite having the jab. Currently the country's biggest killer despite routine vaccines for the most needing? It's very concerning.

There is also a vast amounts of misreporting as all assumed not to have disease as they have been immunised.

It takes a lot of researching, on accredited sites.

Pharma, research, doctors...all in a money spin, when it comes to vast gains for all.

Wish it was black and white and easy to make these decisions.

Throughout history they have been proved wrong.

All the research 'had been done' I to thalidamide? And any number of other drugs that proved fatal or disabling etc.

The most convincing thing I've seen is the mortality rate that dropped after the war for other reasons, of better health, nutrition, safe water and sanitation, the mortality rate dropped to extremely low BEFORE any vaccines were introduced.

Saku where did you read that statins weren’t safe for diabetics???

Some interesting robust peer reviewed meta analysis here. The table at the bottom is very helpful too.

Please, please read Bad Science.

RCohle · 27/12/2018 02:02

Anecdotes from random people off the Internet is nowhere near comparable to the rigorously researched consensus of the global medical community.

Yes sometimes medical advice changes as our knowledge improves, but you seem to have a very skewed idea about the extent to which this occurs.

I think you are confused about statins for example. One recent study has shown that over 75s without diabetes don't derive much benefit from being on statins. There was no evidence that statins were in anyway harming these people. www.nhs.uk/news/older-people/statins-may-not-help-over-75s-without-diabetes/

Karenspolos · 27/12/2018 02:04

Yay, a big pharma conspiracist. Hmm

“All the research had been done on thalidomide” Distillers never said that. And no pharma company ever ever will, nor will they trial on pregnant women.

Honestly it’s like daft bingo tonight.

WhyDontYouComeOnOver · 27/12/2018 02:04

I'm nearly 40. I will never be able to forgive my mother for her ridiculous decision - it had driven a rift between us. We vaccinate because those illnesses can be damn serious. It's a no brainee.

WhyDontYouComeOnOver · 27/12/2018 02:04

Brainer*

Zoflorabore · 27/12/2018 02:15

My NDN is a fucking idiot and an anti vaxxer. She is thick.

Said that she wouldn't take the chance that her kids could get autism. I told her that I would rather have an autistic child than a dead one. She still would rather take that chance.

My lovely ds has autism. He's nearly 16 and is on track to get amazing GCSE results, has an amazing life and is sure to have a brilliant career and future. Autism is all doom and gloom right?

I had an 8 year gap and have an almost 8yr old dd. She was vaccinated too. Why wouldn't she be?
Autism is not a death sentence and I 100% believe it's hereditary. We have too many others in the family on the spectrum for it to be a coincidence.

You can't argue with stupid.

cupboardwithashelf · 27/12/2018 02:34

Hi OP. I wasn't vaccinated as a baby despite being premature and born with a rare body malfunction. I contracted whopping cough aged 2 and nearly died. As an adult I got all the vaccinations I could and think my mother is a very stupid woman. She didn't vaccinate me because she didn't want an autistic child and I am very much autistic. Please vaccinate your child.

Saku · 27/12/2018 02:35

Thank you WhyDontYouComeOnOver.

Cherries101 I have read it your link.
I am reading each and every reply carefully and considering it.

RCohle any thoughts about Dr www.telegraph.co.uk/obituaries/2016/08/23/alfredo-bowman-celebrity-herbalist--obituary/ Sebi who won court case against these all pharma companies in America.

Zoflorabore. Congratulation for your ds GCSC you can be my guide for how you improved ds social skills and behaviour to make friends and not get bullied. my DS 5yo is also has autism Thats why I am asking the question. I read somewhere .. asking questions are far better than being stupid for whole life.

With all means of being polite Is any one else who did it? and do you also have bad experiences?

ChristmasSprite your post is a joke, yes? If you’ re going to use flu as an example of vaccines not working you might want to do more research on how flu viruses develop and spread 🙄.

And, as you clearly understand how academic research is conducted and published you might consider looking at the data on mortality rates in non vaccinated communities against vaccinated ones. But no doubt you think all stats have been doctored by the big pharmas.

Deadly diseases don’t care a jot about your opinion on vaccinations but the do pose a threat to you, your children and the rest of the community. What you have to decide is, are the odds better with the vaccination or not, and deal with the consequences if you make the wrong decision.

ChristmasSprite · 27/12/2018 02:46

No, I didn't post as a joke.

The OP asked for opinions. I didn't say whether I'm for or against ornwhether I have or haven't. I simply stated a few of the interesting things I have come.across relative to OPs query.

Don't worry, I shall fuck off now, clearly ppl on this thread are getting a little hysterical about this topic and only one view is acceptable despite OP asking for all thoughts.

Saku · 27/12/2018 02:48

yes I am asking all thoughts .. and I am behind real experiences.

FlashByReputation I have one friend. His family and parents live in developing country; his parents didn't get any vaccination except BCG. They seem normal and fine. But I found no one else without being vaccinated. I did ask first to my friend circle before posting it here.

@ChristmasSprite doctors are educated by lecturers, in universities...

Also the biggest cause of death in the UK is currently dementia, which has just over taken heart disease. Which suggests that lots of people are living long enough to get dementia. Probably because they were vaccinated as children.

My child is unvaccinated because he's only 3 weeks old. I would be absolutely incandescent with rage if he contracted a preventable potentially deadly disease from someone unvaccinated. Vaccinations aren't just about your child's heath, it's also about protecting those who can't be vaccinated for whatever reason (too young, immune suppression e.g. chemotherapy etc.)

FlashByReputation · 27/12/2018 03:57

They seem normal and fine Really. You think a sample of one, that has not YET contracted a life threatening disease is a good illustration of why you don't need to vaccinate? Do you know how vaccinations work? How herd protection works? I hope you can live with the consequences if your child becomes ill or someone else's child does because of your survey of one person that "seemed to be fine". The stupidity of this kind of thinking actually makes me angry and miserable at the same time. I'm sorry OP but you will be judged by your peers, other parents may get their children to avoid yours (quite rightly) and your choices could actually result in the death or permenant disabling of your child or someone else's. It's stupid and you have been frightened and brainwashed by scaremongers and people with absolutely zero authority on the matter.

Pandamodium · 27/12/2018 04:06

Saku my little boy relies on herd immunisation, he medically cannot have his jabs yet.

He is 18 month and has chronic lung disease and is oxygen dependent, if he caught something at best he would end up ventilated at worst dead.

He got very poorly from a simple case of croup about a month back. He couldn't breath, I had his pulled vest up getting talked through CPR when the ambulance arrived. He's recovered thankfully I'm not think I'm still in shock. Can you imagine how much worse measles, mumps or any other easy vaccinated against disease could do to him? Or to the unvaccinated child themselves?

Pandamodium · 27/12/2018 04:07

*herd protection sorry it's rather early/late.

MyOtherProfile · 27/12/2018 04:14

And the 'trust worthy' scientific research is also changing their "Say" every 5 or 10 years.
Not true.

lljkk · 27/12/2018 04:14

Dr. Sebi has his own entry in quackwatch.

gee whiz, he could cure HIV, cancer, lupus & herpes. Too bad he wasn't around when Ebola became famous or he would have sorted that too! He could cure anything with magic herbs. Big pharma stopped it all, of course, no money in effective treatment of course, no sirree.

overandunder9 · 27/12/2018 04:26

OP - in your last post you mentioned your friend circle. If you don’t vaccinate, kiss goodbye to them. I would steer well clear of anyone that I knew was unvaccinated (particularly if I had a new baby, was pregnant, was immunosuppressed, had a family member who was immunosuppressed..... etc).

FlashByReputation · 27/12/2018 04:31

Yes, you will be avoided (literally) like the plague. Your kid might be lovely OP but if I knew it wasn't vaccinated by choice I would a) think it's parent was an idiot and b) that it presents a health risk to by children and family.

AnotherOriginalUsername · 27/12/2018 04:33

@Saku were you vaccinated? Are you ok?
