Run in a straight line, Run round some bends, Run with your family, Run with your friends

Ready Steady Mo! is a fun action-packed rhyming picture book that will get kids reading, and running too.

To be in with a chance of winning the book, signed T-shirt and a £100 John Lewis voucher, just tell us - how do you get your children busy and active over the holidays?

You have to deny them access to technology and get them focused on real things and real people

The Olympics had been a bit of an inspiration for DD who now wants to compete at the Olympics. This means there has been lots more cycling and swimming but also she has been trying to copy the gymnastics. She's also been pretending to go the the gym to do exercises to make herself "big and Strong" like the olympians.

We all go running over the fields, and then have a big swim at the swimming pool, they love it!

It's not too hard for us, as our boy loves being outdoors, so as long as it's not pouring down, we go out to the park usually, for a cheap and easy activity!
