All this waiting is so stressful.
Awful communication from them too, which adds to the stress. Hopefully soon as have a few appointments or my son I need to plan ahead for.

Good luck everyone for awards today. I’m scan date 29/06. Trying to hold off from calling until Friday, as off work then. Is anyone around the same date calling today? Xx

This wait is really getting to me now , scan date 15/06 , I last rang on Monday and was told it was with either a case manager or claim manager I can't remember. I didn't call yesterday but going to call today to see if a decision has been made yet. Makes me worry so much when there's dates after my scan date that are being rewarded yet iv not heard anything from them xx

My scan date is the 5/7 not heard any thing as of yet part from letter and two texts

however I sent extra information about a month ago will they have this in time to go to decision maker. As I haven’t had confirmation they received it

Hi im scan date 14/7 i also sent more info and not had confirmation, sent it next day delivery on the 9/10.

Let us know how you get on. I am same scan date called Monday and wasn't with a decision maker but the man said it should be so he said he would escalate, called yesterday the lady said it wasn't escalated but a note on there marked as urgent but she was going to get it allocated.

I haven't got the energy to call today maybe tomorrow

I only called yesterday and said was passed to DM at weekend not sure if I should call again at 9

Hi does anybody remember a few threads ago when people were complaining to the DWp about wait times and getting things escalated? I am scan date 23/06 so probably due a decision soon but I just woke up thinking it’s so unjust of them to not inform people I am coming up to 18 weeks on friday ; if they let people know 18 - 20 weeks instead of 15 and us not hearing anything else . Especiallly as we know our children need the help. After all a right delayed is a right denied.. What are everybody’s thoughts on this? I called mon and tues still not with a decision maker I am calling again at 9 because the wait is too much 😢

Just spoke to a lovely lady who said it will be another couple of weeks yet. She said most decisions will be made by 18 weeks so another 2 weeks at least for me.

Called again got through in 5 mins just told again with case manager and shouldn’t be long. Was really hoping got approved yesterday 🤦🏼‍♀️ will call again Friday

Lady said its with a decision maker so is very experienced , it's still showing as open so a decision has not been made yet but should be this week. She said if I get a text to say he's been awarded i can call up to check the rates.

Called dead on 9am. Through within 2 minutes, lady said the claim is now with a DM, scan date 23/06. She said I’d receive a text and letter with a decision. I’ll call again on Friday if I haven’t heard anything. For anyone calling, chose options, 1, 6 and then 3 after a long recorded message about sending extra evidence etc. don’t wait for the prompt to press the buttons! Good luck everyone!

23/06 with a decision maker since yesterday but the case manager has a few to look at I have been told so could be another two weeks .. good luck all !!!! ❤️

Phoned up last Thursday was told it’s still in a holding que, scan date 23/6, will be 18 weeks on Friday…really hoping it’s with a DM but too scared to phone up again to check 😂

Just phoned and the man said the wait 18 and half weeks before it goes to dm. Definitely best time to call is 9am only on hold 20 minutes

Scan date 30/6 called today got through in 4 mins lady was a bit abrupt but basically said I’m on week 17 and they taking 19 weeks at least had over 60,000 to deal with and wait a couple more weeks basically! I won’t bother calling again I’ll leave it til first week in move n hope to see some backdated in account makes me so anxious when calling (also asked for a reference number which I never remember receiving)

Well 50 mins from 9am, scan date 21/06 still waiting to be allocated to a DM so although 18 weeks now could be another 2-3 weeks 🤷‍♀️

Called last week and they told me it hadn't even been looked at yet, it's so frustrating when you see people being awarded after you. It's the not knowing which is frustrating
