I just sent my sons autism diagnosis dsm-5 I also phoned them and gave my sons next appointment with the paediatrician and I updated dla with the new senco teachers contact information but I really don't think I have enough. What did you send in xx

I think that should be enough. I’ve sent in copy of ieps and copy of sleep medication prescription

Can I ask what ieps is xx

Iep is individual education plan set by school. Scan date not til 16 aug

Ok my son dint have that in place and it shouldn't been too long for you now. Did u find the forms itself quite hard to fill in xx

Hi . I just received a text saying my son has been awarded . I was on the phone waiting to talk to them when I got the text! He has been awarded HRC no mobility as he is only 4 . Scan date 9th of August. So relieved and wishing every one else the best of luck x

Hi Gemma I sent in his Autism Diagnosis Report , His Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy Reports and EHCP x

I’m just off the phone decision yesterday we haven’t been awarded. Not enough evidence to suggest my son needs enough extra support to justify a claim. Sent evidence from diagnosis and care plan in school. Will be doing an MR within the month. Scan date 5th Aug

Please don't give hope Gemma I was so sure my son was not going to be awarded as his reports had a lot of positive things on it and I thought they would just use that to decline him.
His autism diagnosis report should hopefully have all The info they need x

Just called mine is with a case manger my scan is 11th august was told my decision should be made by the end of November the beginning of December. He also asked for a text to be sent when decision is made

Still awaiting a decision scan date 9th August, apparently it's with a DM. The evidence I sent in was EHCP, Adhd diagnosis, Occupational therapy assessment, speech and language assessment, behaviour reports from school, camhs referral etc.

Hi girls scan date 8th august just got my text saying my girl qualifies !! On the phone now to try find out what rates she's got she has autism only evidence I sent in was a letter from her nursery and put down health visitors details was worried because she's not been diagnosed yet and hasn't had much help so didn't think it was enough evidence but must have been fine so good luck girls x

Also I literally rung up an hour ago got told with decision maker still could be up to a week to be told but got my text after that so if your told it's with a decision maker might not be as long as you think

Hi I sent my sons autism dsm-5 report also gave my sons appointment woth the peadatrics and gave senco contact details and been told mine was looked at then put aside so no decision been made yet so not sure if they need more info from school but the school isn't very helpful x
