They phone only if the need to confirm things in the form or if need clarification. They called me off an 0800 number it wasn’t withheld

can I ask what number they rang off was it withheld or a actual number?

hey everyone, I had a scan date of 4th August and money appeared in the bank this morning. I only sent autism report and school TPA meeting as he’s 11 and went from juniors to seniors in the summer. Hopefully not too long for everyone else now!

Still waiting on anything scan 2nd August

Scan date 1st Aug and still nothing. I want to call today but was told if I've heard nothing by next Tuesday then call. I just want to know if its yes or no do I can go from there.

@Kas76 Honestly just ring whenever you want to, I’m still calling everyday. If they didn’t want people calling everyday then they should be more accurate with wait times, we’re about to hit 14 weeks which is ridiculous, plus then don’t help by not sending texts when they guarantee to send one. It’s easy for them to tell us not to call as the outcome doesn’t affect their life in the slightest. I will be calling later on this afternoon aswell

Hi guys I'm 14 weeks and still getting told not even with a dm yet they told me next 2 weeks. Everytime I ring I get told different everytime so I've got no idea to be fair I don't think they know there jobs. This is frustrating 😤 just want to know yes or no. I'm at the point where I'm feeling in my stomach my son will be declined as its soo hard to get the things in life your children deserve and are entitled too 😪. But good luck every1 today X

Mines apparently been with DM since Monday and ppl with scan dates after mine are getting answers . It's so frustrating.

I'm 3rd and someone on here scan date is 4th August and been awarded and had money on bank yesterday x so think our forms are lost 😔 x

Hi I've been watching this thread for a while now,my scan date was 21st July 😳
I had a phone call on Tuesday from the DM to ask what school my son attended because I forgot to fill that part in and I'm still waiting for a update x

Just got off the phone. Spoke with quite a well-spoken lady who was very unhelpful. Refused to tell me if the claim was with a decision maker or not because “people start to imagine it’s sitting on someone’s desk open and it just doesn’t work like that”. Told me nothing I didn’t already know. Quite bizarre x
