But if I am it's probably going to be very slow!

Having got to sleep at 12.30am (ish) last night I woke up at 2.30 and have been up ever since! I think I might have been woken up by a contraction.

Anyway, next one wasn't until 3.45am, then they came at half hourly intervals until about 7am, but haven't had any since... however I am feeling a great deal of pressure in my pelvic area.... here's hoping!

Sorry Miaou, for spelling your name wrong. By the way, I know Fort William It's where all the Aberdonians used to go on holiday.

jamiesam · 01/08/2005 21:30

He's gorgeous, just perfect. Lovely name too. Congratulations to you all (including Calum - sounds like he knows how to keep the audience waiting and then make an ENTRANCE!)

Miaou · 02/08/2005 14:20

Hello everyone, this is Miaou back home again! Thank you so much for all your kind messages. Mr Miaou read a lot of them out to me whilst I was in hospital last night . What a meanie he was though, keeping you all in suspense !

Calum is gorgeous (of course), eating and sleeping well. The dds are thrilled with him and argue over who gets to cuddle him!

Waterbirth was excellent, I would recommend it to anyone about to give birth!
