Having got to sleep at 12.30am (ish) last night I woke up at 2.30 and have been up ever since! I think I might have been woken up by a contraction.

Anyway, next one wasn't until 3.45am, then they came at half hourly intervals until about 7am, but haven't had any since... however I am feeling a great deal of pressure in my pelvic area.... here's hoping!

That we went to the Belford hospital in Fort William last night with good contractions at about 10 minute intervals, and that I was sent home at 10.00pm 'cos it all stopped again.

But then at 11.45 I got a phone call telling me to get back pronto, and that at 2.15am we had a wee baby boy, his name is Calum Lewis, and he weighed 8lbs.

Oh, sorry. It will happen - ds2 was very stop/start like this.
