wow - I bet you are stunning

anyway, with all the sex you've been having Millie will probably shoot out!!

scorpiohasstillnothadbaby · 18/04/2008 09:49

well i always feel fat so i dont think so.

yeah DH reckons that is why i have never torn - because he has stretched it [male ego emoticon]

DonDons · 18/04/2008 09:54

stop making me laugh!! My DH also thinks he has 'prepared' my undercarriage for a rip free birth too. What a twat.

right, am off for a bath in advance of MW invasion sweep.

have fun with your friend's baby

Poledra · 18/04/2008 10:19

Dear god, Scorpio, I've been lurking on here (and the previous thread) for ages. I used to like you but 23, usually a 6/8 and 5'9''? I've gone off you quite a bit now....
Poledra (due in July, 37 sob, usually 12/14 and 5'10'')

to open up the pelvis, any position that does not involve sitting or lying on your back.

being in water is very helpful too as you can adopt whatever position you need to, quicjly and comfortably. and the water softens and supports the perineum, always good to get a big baby out!!

supported or hanging squat. all fours. left lateral. majority of women when left to their own devices to find a good position go for all fours

women tend to grow the size of baby they can birth

also growth scans and palpation do have a margin for error

i was told very confidently by a consultant obs when i was 28 weeks that i was having a whopper, she was 7 lbs 8 !

VictorianSqualor · 18/04/2008 11:13

I'd already decided I wanted to try supported squat if I'd gone naturally as I knew this one wasn't going to be small.
Evening Primrose is good for making everything a bit more stretchy too, and do your perineal massage!

oiFoiF · 18/04/2008 11:14

vs, he is lovely hope you are not too sore x

ImightbeLulumama · 18/04/2008 11:16

he is lovely, absolutely gorgeous.. i bet you cannot beleive he is here !!

VictorianSqualor · 18/04/2008 11:21

I keep calling him Bobby (DS1's name)

RustyBear · 18/04/2008 11:31

At least it's a boy's name, VS - I used to call DD Matthew at first - later I managed to stop myself almost in time, so she spent most of her first year being called Mamba....

He is lovely, doesn't look like a newborn.
My mum, who was a nurse, used to say she could always tell which were the 'Caesar' babies because they didn't look squashed!

SquonkTheBeerGuru · 18/04/2008 11:34

who's going to cut the cake then?

VS - My older two are both girls. Poor ds always gets told he is a good girl when he does something well. And he gets told he is a naughty girl when he doesn't

MerlinsBeard · 18/04/2008 12:00

normally a 6/8??

VS he is GORGEOUS! How are you settling in?

SquonkTheBeerGuru · 18/04/2008 12:09

all bacon butties and cakes are entirely calorie free

scorpiohasstillnothadbaby · 18/04/2008 12:13
