Following on from Angua's thread as that's nigh on fuill and she has her lovely baby.....

Am 41 weeks tomorrow and VS is on a deadline for her VABC- help! LOL

being pregnant puts a strain on the pelvic floor, so having a c.s is no reason not to do your kegels!!

you should all be able to trampoline with confidence 6 weeks postanatlly

I just had a look on ebay for fanjos, but there aren't any listed at the moment - I'll keep watching.....

Although, thinking about it, a lot of things listed on ebay are used rather than new, so probably not what we're looking for. Maybe amazon do them now?
