Squonk - hopefully!!

VeraSquonkTheBeerGuru · 09/04/2008 11:47

hey, TMP... did someone tell me that you are about to drop any day? Or have you already? Did you see I was trying to get you a free ticket for a footie game?

Any twinges today, scorpio?

scorpio1 · 09/04/2008 11:48

am generally very twinge-ey anyway so no tell tale signs. MW seemed positive i wouldn't be waiting long, but they do not have a crystal ball...

VeraSquonkTheBeerGuru · 09/04/2008 11:49

oh, if only we knew someone who makes accurate predictions

scorpio1 · 09/04/2008 11:50

i would pay them ££££££

Peachy · 09/04/2008 11:56

i predict that taking a rl tablet and an epo after every single twinge helps things spewed along

however unless you plan to deliver on the carpet still wearing your normal dress, with nay a chance to open your labour bag (waste that was pmsl...) in a position way beyond the imagination of any tantric guru and in which your leg is still stuck at night.......

pmsl

(no, not complaining just lol)

ah squonk - on the cadge for a free footie ticket ... mind you they must give them away to see Man.C non?
Yes - had a beautiful DD on 25th March (1 and half weeks early) - she is FAB!

Go Scorpio - lets get you into labour and another girl for the April 08-ers!

Peachy - you and me both re the labour bag- the only thing I used out of it was the glucose sweets (and DH had half of them - oh he must have needed them after a couple of minutes of arm rubbing! )

TheMaskedPoster · 09/04/2008 12:27

oh - just re-read your post and you were trying to get me a free ticket ... aren't you wonderful

MarsLady · 09/04/2008 12:29
VeraSquonkTheBeerGuru · 09/04/2008 12:50

for TMP to look at and feel doubly bad about accusing ME of trying to cadge free footie tickets

Congratulations TMP We'll have lots more babies on this thread soon, won't we girls?

paranoidmummy · 09/04/2008 12:56

I've been doing nipple stim and tried mowing the lawn today but still nothing though DS said baby is coming wednesday, last week he said it was coming then though so I don't think he is psychic.

ruty · 09/04/2008 18:47

sorry VS, just had a chuckle at the image of you mowing the lawn whilst doing nipple stim.
Hope you get a result soon!

lulumama · 09/04/2008 19:06

are you restless??

it hsa been a lovely sunny day today

got very confused with the time today, and left to pick up DD from playgroup an hour and half before she finished! she only stays for 2.5 hours so i bought some sweets and read my book on a bench in the sunshine and it was lovely !

VictorianSqualor · 09/04/2008 19:19

Dunno about restless, feel like I'm waiting for something iykwim, but I am I suppose!
And I can't get comfy, I keep geting shooting pains in the top of my bump, and when I walk my fanjo hurts, if I try and lie down I get hreatburn
Arghh

scorpio1 · 09/04/2008 19:21

Fun, hey?

am quite crampy tonight, despite having a bath.

VictorianSqualor · 09/04/2008 19:26

I was like that earlier, spent about two hours in the bath but it wouldnt get rid.
We will have our babies soon though don't worry!

scorpio1 · 09/04/2008 19:27

am hanging on to the fact that she will be here soon, one way or another, lol.

VictorianSqualor · 09/04/2008 19:28

We should synchronise watches and do it together, then everyone will be really bored as there will be no you or I moaning on MN

scorpio1 · 09/04/2008 19:30

Yeah, let's!! Also our other halves might appreciate us shutting up, lol! 39+5 today....isn't it your EDD today?

MarsLady · 10/04/2008 00:56

How's it going ladies?

lulumama · 10/04/2008 07:13
