So feel like shite. Woke up feeling really rough. Had bad night sleep with the spd i kept getting stuck! And now just feel really icky. Still in bed as dh put dd down for nap before if left for football.

oh...I know I am meant to be in bed...but girl, I would be very surprised if you need to see that consultant tomorrow...or have to discuss induction...now, stop moaning ;)....remember you been wanting to be in proper labour....

listen to your body....if you need to breath through than do that...and I foundn it easiest, when I was standing up and sort of leant against a wall and swaying my hips from side to side, closing my eyes...and imagining the Baby coming down...also found it nice, at that stage, to have my lower back gently rubbed
