Yes but not too much walking. Walking works when you are in established labour. Before that makes you rather tired and you need your energy for the end.

When i was at hospital yesterday she said i wasn't dia enough to be in est labour? Is that when you reach 4 cm?

depends on the hospital but yeah! However, don't get caught up in the cms thing! Just visualise your baby coming down and coming out and your body opening up!

And how much counts as show as i got some last night and had a fair bit this morn. I never had it with dd so no sure what to expect

Watling i was 2 to 3cm. I was 1cm at my first sweep. Will try to forget mars
