MMMM garlic. Dh and I are going to celebrate 4 years on may 24, we better do something special considering we both forgot last year. The day came and went and we didn't notice until a week later.

Lulu, I'm sure you singing and dancing would be fine. I can see you in a top hat, with a cane, singing show tunes. I would love it.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 17:01

she was a show girl....her name was lola....la la la la , something something....at the COPA ...COPA COBANA......tra la la la ......etc

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 17:37

That's the spirit lulu,

Tonights festivities for NJ will coax the baby out.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 17:38

hope so , am exhausted ....being cheery all the time, it is really quite tiring!!!!!

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:01

Ok lulu, you can go into calm earth mother mode.

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:02
jabberwocky · 02/12/2006 18:07

NJ, I hate to be the devil's advocate here but I think you should keep the consultant appt. Us oldie mamas tend to be trickier, especially towards the end. Go on, s/he won't bite!

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:12

erm...how old is NJ???

OP posts:
MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:15

I say she's 50.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:16

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO! i thought she was mid twenties!

OP posts:
HappyMellowmas · 02/12/2006 18:17

I was thinking 30s ????

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:18

By the way lulu it's

Her name was lola
she was a show girl
with yellow feathers in her hair
and a dress cut down to there
she would merengue and do the chacha . . .

At the copa copa cabana
the hottest spot north of Havana
Here at the copa copa cabana
music and passion were always the passion
at the copa . . . .
they fell in love.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:18

thanks MKG...give me a heads up when you are nearly ready to go and i will learn it !

OP posts:
MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:19

I think thirties, but the fact that I said 50 might scare the baby out. The sheer shock alone.

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:20

Don't worry I'm making my CD. My theme song for ds was "Comfortably numb" by Pink Floydd. I think that it was appropriate considering I did hypnobirthing. I do need a new birthing theme song though.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:21

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:26

Oh yeah I saw Debsy posting on the December thread, she decorated for Christmas so I guess no baby.

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:26

Yes you should, she may be a medical marvel that needs extensive studying.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:27

oh....someone needs to have a baby tonight!

OP posts:
MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:30

I'll do it. I'm so jealous of NJ, Debsy, whenever I see anyone put up a birth announcement. I hate being pregnant, I just want a baby.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:36

i did so love being pregnant,,,,,,
