Right the bloody cheek on some of you.... I am a baby myself really at 23 years.... 50?????????

And I am now going to be singing Coco Cabanna all bloody night!

Anyone want a wine and lemonade? It is going down rather too quickly here

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:41

Sorry NJ I thought I would scare the baby out. Although I think you may be 50 by the time he makes an appearance at the rate your going.

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 18:41

I loved my first pregnancy, sailed through it, no problems, barely describe any of it as even uncomfortable, the very worst thing was the itchy stretch marks! I felt fantastic the whole way through.

This one.... well to be truthful, up until the contractions started it was fairly easy going really. It is just the last few weeks that have spoiled it really.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:42

seeeeeeeeeee ! said mid twenties!!

debbsy....how you doing?

wine , no lemonade for me please!!

OMG I am 10 years older than you.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:43

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 18:43

LOL You are probably not far wrong about me being close to 50 by the time he puts his appearance in! I have had absolutely nothing today, no show, no BH, no pains of any description, not even any discharge, just absolutely nothing, and today was the day he was supposed to be born!!!

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:44

how old are you MKG????

OP posts:
MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 18:45

lulumama · 02/12/2006 18:47

Maybe this boy is tricky NJ, and he's lulling you into a false sense of security for today, and then BAM! He'll make his move. Right in the middle of your Romantic night.

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 19:29

I was saying to my sister the other day, obviously I would be surprised if he turned out to be a girl, but it would explain the differences in pregnancies.

Would be very annoyed though, we have spent £££££££'s on making a nice blue room up there! But I suppose I would just have to handle going and changing everything for pink

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 19:31

Sky Blue is my favorite color and a little girl probably would have had blue anyway.

Dingdongdebbsyandbibbyonhigh · 02/12/2006 19:35

im fine thank you
debbsy walks in and announces ive just had a show (a proper one mucusy

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 19:35

We have gone for a light blue colour and a very warm sunny yellow colour, and even if I do say so myself as "project manager" ( it is only a little box room!!) it does look lovely for a little boy baby, a little girl would probably have her nose out of joint a bit!

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 19:35

Hooray for Debbsy and her show, have you got a jelly baby as well???! LOL

Dingdongdebbsyandbibbyonhigh · 02/12/2006 19:37

not had that b4 just had a bit of brown blood after mw interference

NativityJane · 02/12/2006 19:41

It is obviously a really good sign, and I don't want to piss on your cornflakes but just remember that it doesn't always mean something will happen very soon, but it is a sign that the cervix is having a shufty about and starting to soften, so it is all good And there are loads of people on MN who have their show and within a couple of hours are holding their LO's

lulumama · 02/12/2006 19:49

show is a positive sign...........cervix dilating ......all good stuff...could be an hour, could be a day , could be a week!

piss on your cornflakes......nice!!!

all going in the right direction.......

MKGnearlyimmaculateconception · 02/12/2006 20:01

why do we talk about show when i'm eating? There goes the ice cream.

lulumama · 02/12/2006 20:09

if you hang around here...you have to be prepared to be grossed out on a regular basis..

just wait though..another few weeks..you'll be sniffing your pads and describing your show! mark my words!

Dingdongdebbsyandbibbyonhigh · 02/12/2006 20:10
