Tom Cruise - what a w****r!

Apparently, (and having heard his views on post-natal depression, I can believe it) Katie Holmes will have to follow the scientologist rules of childbirth ie no noise (!) in case it traumatises the baby and no pain relief (!) which would surely traumatise the mother...

Anyone out there managed this?!

I won't have it that Tim Robbins is gay. I love him. Did anyone else see that Katie Holmes used to have a picture of Tom Cruise on her bedroom wall when she was about 10? It's all very creepy and disgusting. Made me wonder how I would feel if Donny Osmond turned up and asked me to be his wife if I converted to Church of Latter Day Saintdom. Tempting surely?

My ma said that she'd never heard a noise like the one i made when i pushed dd2 out. I think the phrases, 'not human' and 'wild animal' were mentioned.

my mum had no pain relief for either of her labours and also made hardly any noise.
i am gonna try that necxt time!!!

It's not at all the fact that robbins, cruise or anyone else is gay though, is it? It's the hypocrisy and pretence of all the male hollywood actors who can't / won't admit to their sexuality. It's sad, really, that they seem to be trapped into living a soap opera pretend existence. Of course, their sexuality shouldn't matter a jot

I was told by the midwife that they weren't admitting me to the antenatal ward as I was making so much noise I would wake everyone up! They told me to lie on the bed with gas and air as I would be ages yet. Of course when I was really screaming they came in to tell me to be quiet then found I was fully dilated.

The girl in the Exorist had nothing on me I could hardly talk the next day. Midwife did apologise saying no wonder I was howling the place down.

Wonder if Tom or any other mad cult members were to need an op they would have it without pain relief?

How is he going to stop her making noise?

Does no pain relief also mean no pain management, ie TENS or water. If so that will be very hard.

She has a whole pregnancy and lots of Scientology people around to get her to the birth stage, in that mindset it could be okay for her I suppose (not convinced, but trying to be nice emoticon)

i have heard he has converted her to scientology

and her parents are really upset cos they and her are strict catholics, and she is now saying she wont get married in a catholic church

so she must be brainwashed (or stupid) (or starstruck)

Loved the Handmaids Tale. It's a good one about Robbins and Cruise. The person who told me swears it's from a person who is the godson of some Hollywood producer.

I think they may have split up now but it lasted about 10 yrs.
