Likely ovarian. Terrified. Anyone available for a hand hold?

Blood test yesterday: Serum CA 125 level over 35 indicates possible cancer. Mine is 213. Shit.

DH knows and one friend but I don't want to worry anyone else until I know how bad it is; hence I've name changed for this post. I'd love to know how anyone else has coped / is coping.

CT scan Saturday and USS on Monday. GP has made 2ww gynae referral today.

I’m a MacMillan volunteer and just wanted to signpost you all to the help and support that is avaliable to you all - from forums, information, buddy’s, support lines. There is a local group link where you can connect with people in the area who are maybe going through the same journey as well as support for family and how to speak to kids etc.

Try not to worry op. I had an elevated ca125 and suspected ovarian cancer. Turned out to be a benign dermoid cyst.

Mr Joy my DH had cancer a few years back and very fortunately recovered but I remember the very scary days at the start of it all watching your partner suffer - thinking of you too.

Have been following. Hoping Joy's infection can be brought under control and her treatment resumed. Mr Joy - please look after yourself too. Those of us who have followed from the start know she's been worried how hard you're finding the emotional effects and shock. She loves you, and it's clear you love her. Keeping you both in thoughts and prayers 💐
