Wondered if anyone is just starting the Cambridge 1:1?
I’ve got 4.5 stone to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight. My baby is nearly 6 years old 😂
I’m on step 1b (4 products a day). Really enjoying it so far.
I’ve hidden my scales and will just do weigh ins with my consultant once a week. I’ve also bought a 2 litre water bottle.
Taking it 1 day at a time 😊

Good luck. Also doing calorie counting not Cambridge but I know people who have done it and been successful in losing weight. Yes most regained it but so did I after losing 24lbs in 2020-21 as I ate too much again after I stopped!

Same. I was last at my target weight around May 2022.. determined to be there come May 2024. Only on week one but feeling in the zone for it!
I did toy with the idea of Cambridge so I'm interested to follow this thread and see people's results.

good luck! It’s so hard isn’t it, but I’m feeling in the zone. Hoping next week will be a little easier than this weeks been, especially after all that Christmas eating, been a complete shock to the system this week

I have been doing Cambridge 1.1 for almost a year. I have only done step 3 the whole journey as that is what suited me. It took me around 6/7 months to lose 5 stone. I have now lost just under 6 stone and I am at target weight and maintaining. I plan to keep going to see my consultant to keep me on the right track. I also still have one product a day as this fits in with my day.
Good luck to everyone starting this diet. It really can work.
