mixed I suppose Diege...
we need the extra space but buying it will either drastically reduce our disposable income
or we would have to change the way we currently live significantly (me going back to wrk, the kids going to school etc)
It does leave us with enough (possibly more than enough, some might say) but I know how we've become used to living and it would be budgeting for the next 7-10 years or so..... then Dd1 would be ready to go to Uni, so we wouldn't need the space then as much anyway.
When we looked at the big picture, we'd rather be a bit squished and live the way we do, than compromise for the space
