TOLD YOU!!!! Grin

Congratulations to you and your friends, I'm sure they'll be thrilled :)

Diege, I got an email to say the coat from Next is coming too. Have bought duffle from Boden though, I like that better.

We are Peppa- pig shopping for Dd2's Christmas pressies atm

Got friends arriving soon, catch up later

Diege · 17/08/2010 11:10

Hi SORKY! I've just had a bit of a boden splurge this very minute - bought dd1 the checked short duffle, dd2 the 2--in-one padded jacket for school, dd3 the red and white fleece-lined anorak, and ds brushed cotton baggies x 3, 3 tops, and the baby playset. All over-drafted out now!

Starshinetiger · 17/08/2010 11:26

Woohoo Cant! That's fantastic. So thrilled for you and your friends. Hope it is a while before the sickness kicks in. Must be so exciting!

Yay for shopping girls. Bought a couple more bits in Mothercare yesterday to complement the Next bits I had bought and am sorely tempted to buy DS a "smart" outfit from JojoMamanBebe, as he has lots of handmedown clothes (in good condition), but they have some gorgeous checked trousers and cable knit jumpers on there for boys.

Also, want a denim pinafore for DD, so if anyone has any recommendations of where they've seen one, do share Grin

Yay again for a new Wagon Honk!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 17/08/2010 11:26

Sorky- i said to DH you'd been adamant about being PG!! You can now be dubbed the wagon psycic!!

EDD is 27th april- the day after my friends birthday!! :)

it's also a tad odd as it then means i've had 3 pregnancies all due within 10 days of each other!! DD1 was due 21st april, DD2 was due 17th april, Surrobaby due 27th april!! Have gathered i must be super fertile in july!!

Sorky- thought the coat was not in your order because of being out of stock- had ordered the DD's the same coat last week so hope mine is on the way!!

tinktellyaddict · 17/08/2010 13:44

afternonn Grin

i bought myself pink watch on amazon and niw cd

Moosy · 17/08/2010 15:35

Wow Can't, how exciting! Your friends must be so pleased that they're going to get a baby :o You're doing such a brilliant thing for them, I hope it all goes smoothly.

tinktellyaddict · 17/08/2010 16:38

have just ordered as well - sorter for bracken, wooden blocks and cuddly dog
used my gift certificates from nectar points Grin

dh has taken dd1 to hosp for eye check up

cantmummyhaveabreak · 17/08/2010 17:06

Thanks moosy- they are very excited, they're coming over on sat and taking me and the DC's out for a celebratory lunch... shame DH is working- but plan to have a repeat performance once he gets a weekend day off. :)

that reminds me, Diege, DH HAS to work on the 28th, but, i think i've decided to come on the train with the DC's... are you getting the train? as we could then meet in the station if that was best...

Just looked, and if your DH is still coming, i can get one of your DD's in with me, then you can get in as a family of 4, and i can with me and DS, DD1 & one of your DD's...? i may fib and say DD1 is 9/10mo? as i really dont beleve she'll do much other than sleep to warrant paying for her to get in. I have some tesco clubcard vouchers so it'll only be costing me £2 to get in even with your DD!! :)

cantmummyhaveabreak · 17/08/2010 17:07

oh, and were we doing a picnic? says they dont allow picnics to be eaten inside, but that tyou're welcome to eat in the outside areas and go back in....

Diege · 17/08/2010 18:12

Hi CANT! You know we could do the following weekend if it were easier re: your dh coming along? Just as happy from this end to do 28th - entirely up to you. We'll also be training it I think, so yes could meet at Limestreet. I also have a 'free adult' voucher, so if we divide everyone up as you suggest, and then proffer the vouchers,I'm sure they'll work out the cheapest way in for us Hmm Grin. Re: food, yes picnic sounds good if that's ok with you?

essenceofSES · 17/08/2010 22:14

Hello all!

Busy on here today - nothing like a honk for a bit of excitement Grin

tink - good shopping! Did DD1 get on ok at her eye appointment?

Moosy - barn is looking good! Not long now :)

Hello everyone else! Just a quick visit from me this evening - bed time now!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 08:21

Diege- picnic is fine for me, and prob the best bet as seating then feeding both our gangs within a cafe would be a hard task!! 28th is fine for me... DC's should behave for me, and DH thinks he's gonna have to do the next 3/4 w/ends in a row till they get a new senior sales- seems his new store is in such a bad state!! he's gonna be doing loads of 12hr shifts too- not the best when i'm so knackered in the first place... but friends said they'll come over and help if i need them too, especially if i'm ill with MS. There may be a very small chance i invite my mum to come so she can help with DC's on & off the train tho... but think it'd be nice just to come on my own with them too.

Diege · 18/08/2010 09:11

Morning! Excellent CANT, sounds like a plan. I will have dh with me,so an extra pair of hands for both of us when you get there (he could take the older ones off to do stuff etc). So did the surrogacy friends come over? How did they take the news? (stupid question really!).
Got to brave town today with them all for school shoeshopping and bits of uniform, then have the hairdresser coming to do everyone's hair this afternoon. Lots of deep breathing I think to get through.
Hope everyone is well - quite enjoying this temping lark, though not quite sure when exactly I should take temps. I tend to wake on and off from 6 onwards, getting up about 6.45. Have been waiting to then ton take them, but should it be when I first wake around 5.30?? Confused Any advice for a novice would be appreciated!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 09:25

Mum can't come, she's away then. So will just be me and my 3.

Surrogacy friends are over sat, were gonna come fri for testing, but he's @ work that afternoon so would have only been a flying visit. They're taking me and the DC's for a celebratory lunch!! Grin She phoned yesterday tho and sounded so excited, constantly telling me how brill i am Blush... it's strange that i already felt so different about the pregnancy, once the BFP showed i wasn't anywhere near as excited as i had been with mine!! That's gotta be a good sign. :)

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 09:28

morning Grin

cant - wknd sounds great Grin and pther plans

yes ses dd1 got on fine she has to have eye check ups every 3 mnths

essenceofSES · 18/08/2010 09:53

Morning!

Day off today and O and I are off to the park to meet a friend and her dog for a walk and a quick cuppa :) I didn't exzpect it to be so sunny today so that's good!

Cant - I'm excited for you! In the best possible way, I'm glad you feel differently about this pg. It will still be a very special one though :)

Hello tink, Diege and anyone else lurking!

Going to buy O some new shoes today too to go with his outfit for the wedding. I think he probably needs new ones anyway - will be interesting to see how much his feet have grown!

Anyway, hope you all have lovely days - catch up later!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 09:57

Ses- have a nice shopping trip- i love buying tiny shoes for them!! Have way too many- in fact i'm currently listing all hers from newborn etc with soft soles that she's outgrown, many unworn or worn once or twice only!! way too many!! Grin

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 11:20

cant - i had way to many with both dds 2 with the soft soles

ses - have fun

got both girls feet measured in clarkes finally was really busy in there!!
both of them still the same size
ordering in red shoes for dd2 hate her current ones and ourple trainers for dd1
she wont need school shoes

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 15:18

may get dd1 school shoes as well as her others she has had since march and are in an awful state!!

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 16:29

why not just buy her a pair of same size ones off ebay or similar as i bet her feet will grow soon!! That was my dilema if they've not grown!!

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 16:45

hi cant cant see any on ebay suitable
do you buy if there feet have gone up half a size or just a whole size?

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 16:54

If they were measured half a size bigger but i felt their feet still had a bit of room i'd prob give them a couple more weeks then have them measured again. As soon as they complain that they are a bit tight, or i feel the difference in getting them on i get them measured and buy the size they measure at....

What size do you need Tink? I may have some that DD2's outgrown if smaller than her...

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 17:03

dd2 is 3.5f
dd1 a 7f

cantmummyhaveabreak · 18/08/2010 17:08

will go have a look what i have that DD1 has outgrown... she's varies between an F and a G tho so can't be certain what i'll ahve.... you need school shoes for DD1 and what for DD2?

tinktellyaddict · 18/08/2010 17:19

just shoes for going out in
