Mine says it's a wee boy. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Ooooooooo, it was right for me too!

Scan today confirmed both boys doing well and both have all the right bits in the right places. Both head up, feet down, facing each other.

Both were very wriggly, midwife did not believe that I hardly feel that at all.

so what date do you take as conception date for this - month of last period, or month you actually did the deed?

well my last period was March (=girl) but I actually conceived after a rugby club dinner in April (=boy) .. I know ... !

i dont know if i concieved on 30th of march or 1st of april..cos hospital give me different dates so going with april then it is a boy according to that and i do remember it being right with ds.

congrates to u SH cant wait for my scan now but seems lifetime away..lol

Yeah lets do that Ninah!!! I feel quite down now and wish I hadn't looked!
I've got one chance at this girl thing and live with my dp's girl so will always have it in my face. (that has come accross really bad but wasn't meant to. I hope you get what I mean, if his dd was a ds it would be so much easier to cope with)

Really and truly, when baby gazes into your face like he/she recognises you all thoughts of girl/boy will seem irrelevant (I wanted girl last time too, and Adore my irreplaceable ds)

No, have always wanted a dd, don't know why but thought feelings may go once got pg but I guess they don't go till that gorgeous baby arrives and gazes at you! Am quite worried that they wont go though but will trust you guys on this one having never been through this before. This is my first and last child. Really wish I didn't care what it is

I have my scan on the 9th but am not going to find out what it is.

kangel ikwym about wanting a DD i would love on however dont mind this time as if i havd another ds then i get another go if have dd then thats my lot probably

I was totally the same, always wanted a dd, had no idea if dp and I would work together and have another baby or not, but I Promise you, that moment when you see the baby makes all these feelings irrelevant.

I only have one go at this so I think this is why i'm flipping out so much.

If I could have another chance I wouldn't be flipping so much.

Both my LMP and conception were in March, a wee boy.

Oh well.

yes my dp says that! we have dss, ds and one on the way. Things do change, I wouldn't look on this as totally permanent. Anyway, I promise you you'll be happy the baby that's yours.

evening ladies some reading you left me to catch up with!!
s/h congrat on your scan being great and for that 'poss' boy! usually they get girls wrong not boys so i reckon its a boy for you!
chart says FEMALE for me (which would be fabulous) and I went on conception date rather than LMP -as one was end of march and conception was definately april. plan baby also said girl for me (and has been right 100% for six of my friends...........) so why do i still feel boy? hmmmmm.....strange.
had total meltdown this morning, sobbing like never before -hormone overload I think- dh has been v v v nice to me since the tears, think hes now terrified of me tho.LOL
felt fine now, excellent stuff pg hormones, they could use it in chemical warfare.............
found a sale or two in town today and now own more maternity clothes woohoo, retail therapy.
