So your bump is still quite low down SH? The kicks I have been feeling for the last 2 wks also still feel very low down, and I'm 18+4.

I'm going to try and resist the temptation to shop until after my next scan - hopefully they'll be able to give us a more definate answer!!!

My mum and MIL have already been on the phone. We've told dd she can tell everyone what we're having so I've told them they'll just have to be patient and wait!!!!! It was great saying that to my mum - PMSL!!!

Minnie, I think you'll be having a girl!!! Hope the cheques a biggun!!!!

scully, my bump is quite high but I can feel the baby squirming down in my pelvis and the kicks I've had are very low down. Between my hip bones.

sorry, by bump I meant baby! but sounds like I'm carrying like you, movement very low, don't remember that from last time, but I think it would have been later on that I felt anything anyway.
so are you going to tell us your choice for a boy's name?

Well, we've both like Lucas from the start so unless something happens in the next 4.5 months (like we end up having a girl!! [grin) Thats what he'll be called!!!

Low bump and i really think i am having a B but i couldnt care less what it is. I have wanted it for so long. Weight is going on hips and bum so could be a girl!! i wont find out till wk 24!!!long way to go!

Baby is low and my only weight gain has been my belly, hips and bum. Oh and a bit on my face!!!

Perhaps it's a boy after all..........

the lady that scanned me referred to the buba as he!! that was at 11 wks.. So we dont know really she could say this in all scans!.

So glad you had a good scan SH and your prediction is right - Ooooohhhh, spooky!!

Right, I'll pay up too - a bar of turkish delight if you can guess mine correctly. I'm not finding out til it's born though so might be a long wait. Clues for mine are.....weight on hips, bum, & bit of a tummy and eating anything sweet. Not sure if any of that helps

When I went for my early scan they also referred to it as a boy and when we questioned it they said that they call them all boys in that profession??

I don't believe its in the way you carry, my mum carried both me and my brother up front and only on her tummy - I am looking like going in the same direction so I have no clues at all except for severe m/s - of which I still have.

Ooooohhhhhhh this is sooooooo exciting!!!!!!

lol.....yeah something like that. We asked if it was a boy when he said it but they told us it was too early to tell and went on to explain in a very long winded fashion that they all call them boys.

I'll also only find out at wk40 or thereabouts! But I am carrying very differently to dd which makes me wonder, but don't have any inkling otherwise.

I think it's wrong that they call all babies boys untill they know otherwise!!!

Surly, seeing as all babies start life as female and then some go on to develop male organs they should all be referred to as girls - shouldn't they?!?!?!?!?!

Anyway, wouldn't it be spooky if I got you all right?!?!?!? I won't though - I'm crap at these things. I changed my mind on my own baby about a million times, but here goes anyway....

Agree with you on the referance to calling it a boy when they dont know what it is..

I might find out in the next scan!!

Going to see my newphews this evening o cant wait there such bullies! and lovable LOL.. then have to see my antie who is going through chemo. Life isnt far is it.
