Good morning everyone!
I hope you are all sleeping more than I am!
TLC, Caitni and others: Glad to hear I'm not the only one waking early. It's definitely reassuring when others go through the same thing!
RetroMum oops it seems I got the wrong word - when I wrote nidation I meant implantation. Sometimes I mix up words from German and English . Yes it is very much my first DC... my parents' first DGC too! SIL has just had her first, little boy is now three months and a real sweetie... so not too much pressure from ILs.
cramps yes, here too. I read somewhere that after successful implantation (not nidation ) the uterus needs to shift a bit into its proper place, so that could cause the general unsettledness.
Josie re overanxiousness yes, I'm constantly telling myself to calm down. No point in worrying... but still can't help myself! I suppose when it's still all new it's worse - we'll get used to it. I hope.
PotPourri Dophus and others - I'm sorry you're MS is tough - wishing you lots of courage and resilience! Myself so far MS-free and not complaining.
scooby welcome and congratulations! I've started waking early too. I suppose it's normal, maybe especially when it's your first. Oh and the loo thing... definitely agree!
childofthe80s welcome and congratulations too!
HarryJoesMummy hmmmmm well CB do claim to be 99% accurate on the day your period is due, but not before. Did you test early? Did you use morning urine for the first tests but not for the CB test? Keeping fingers crossed for you!
Me Had a hard time yesterday... had to fly to Switzerland for some work. Plane was two hours late - but we were all boarded and so had to wait on the plane. Hot, smelly (sense of smell really kicking in here), uncomfortable... and then missed my last train due to lateness... got to destination only by midnight feeling totally knackered! Will take it easier today!
telling people We decided to go ahead and tell family, altough it's still very early. Reasoning that we'd want to share a MC experience as well. Also I believe MCs should be talked about more - be less of a taboo - so that more people become aware how 'normal' and frequent they are. But how can anyone talk about MCs if no-one talks about early PGs?
So we sent family (who all live abroad) a photo of the BFP test and a rose and no comments . Reactions were pretty quick! Everyone seems happy and excited - it's nice to be able to share my own happiness and excitement!
Ok everyone - Have a great day!
(fingers crossed for all those anxious for results)
