laura I just sent you a friend's request. Once you get that and accept it, you can look at my friend's list and send requests to people who have given you their real names on here!

Doris - thank you for saying DS is gorgeous. I think he is, but then I'm completely biased!! Your two look gorgeous too (and I am very at the scenery in the background of your photo). I need a holiday!!

Well DS was born in a couple of hours last PG so I'm almost more pregnant than I've ever been.....

Silk - absolutely. A complete cow obsession! DH's uncle breeds rare cattle (beef shorthorn) and I think it stemmed from there! He has a toy cow (Madame) who goes everywhere with him... sometimes it's more stress looking after the cow than it is looking after him. When we're out and about DH and I are constantly vigilant to make sure she stays in the buggy / car / his hand! Madame's husband (a bull from the same range) is DS's present from this little one and we've got him the calf too. Isn't it funny how they have little obsessions! I bet he'll be so mortified when he's 18 and we tell him that he used to sleep with a little plastic cow.....

Going to try to take DS to baby-gym this morning as I feel guilty that he's been cooped up all weekend with the foul weather. At least I just have to waddle behind him...

Lots of cramps and electric twangs (up the fanjo ) in the night. I had another crap night's sleep (5 and counting). I woke up twice choking with acid in my mouth that Gaviscon just didn't touch...... roll on labour!

Ineed We got FB when we left Arg. and started posting pics every week so that our family and friends could see a bit of our lives here It's much easier than sending pics to everyone, they just go on FB and see them or we send the link to those who aren't on FB. So sorry to hear it's your 5th night, hon I woke up twice last night but managed to go back to sleep after a while... I keep telling DH your LO's arrival is imminent (as you were early last time) so fingers crossed for that to happen (Oh, I looooove cows as well , so you DS and I share an obsession).

Morning ladies!

Another night of disturbed sleep here, too. With a blood nose thrown in for good measure. Had a v good, social weekend, though - had people around for most of the weekend. It was my swan song to entertaining! Wonder if that's why I now have alarmingly swollen feet? Off to see GP soon, this morning, so will ask him. I prob better try and dab some paint on the toenails first...

FB update from me - have either requested you as a friend or sent you a message, those of you lovely Juners who have disclosed their names. My RL first name is Belinda, just so you don't get totally baffled by who I am. Too wary of the internet to say my last name...

I've sent friends requests to everyone who has sent me a message. Now I just have to remember who is who!

Maternity leave is the best invention ever. Slept like crap from 2 - 5 then slept well from 5 - 9. Now I'm catching up on laundry and going to make some phone calls and then laze around all day! Have to be productive now, expect to be slatternly once LO arrives.

Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, what are these things? . I stick to good old-fashioned email. And pigeons. But glad you've found each other on the interweb!

Blueberry I don't know whether an internal is necessary - maybe someone who's had a CS and is investigating a vaginal delivery has some experience of this? - but is it possible to take your OH in with you? Doctors should be aware - male in particular - that some women find internals very uncomfortable and need some support.

Ineed I only take Gaviscon in the day now- after each meal - and then have a 300mg Ranitidine tablet which completely cures acid indigestion and heartburn right through the night - I'm so much better as a result. It's on prescription and widely used in pregnancy.

DS had a fab time at Baby Gym and now I'm blardy knackered!

Been nosing at everyone's photos on FB. It's so great to put faces to names.... or two names in this case. I'm finding it hard with my fuddled-pregnancy-baby-brain to remember who is who!

effie just put in her Facebook that she's at hospital in labour and being monitored!! We may have our first baby, ladies!!
